Need a New Dealership

Buying a 2 2025 Hondas in the fall of 2024 was fairly easy process thanks to Sam Chowdhury, The only issue with the sales process was the finance office - even though I paid cash - the figured out how to screw the sale up. Now the Service Department is another story. First you call for service and you get a representative in a call center. Their knowledge and understanding is less than desirable. Next you have to deal with your dealership representative - their customer service skills are not to a standard that is acceptable. Always in a rush and too busy to answer questions and explain issues. I will be trying to find another dealership to service my cars in the future. Won't be going back to AutoNation for service
