onI brought my CRV for oil change, several minutes later after I left I get a call telling me the key is not working and they’re unable to turn the car on. I bring my extra key from home and they do the service. When I asked what happened to the key, they said they don’t know that it’s not the battery, the key might need to be reprogrammed. I was told to bring my key next time and they’ll reprogram it for $84. I asked why they didn’t reprogram it, and got no answer, I brought my car and key working fine and now have to pay for it.
