    AutoNation provided excellent service, especially our sales rep Khaled! All team members were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. The vehicle purchased was an older year of 2014 but the price was great and the vehicle looks and handles like a new car. They made the car buying experience not painful as it sometimes can be. I greatly appreciate all team members, especially Khaled, going above and beyond in my vehicle purchase!

  • Beware of Body Damage by Careless Tech

    I took my 2020 Passport to Autonation Honda Dulles for the third recall in two months. Unfortunately, while waiting for the service advisor to complete the paperwork, I noticed a large dent and paint removal on the passenger front door. I brought the issue to the attention of the service manager and advisor. The first reaction was one that the damage was there when the car came in. Fortunately, pictures of the car were taken at checkin which quickly disproved that theory. In addition, the molding around the rear door had been removed for some reason but never reinstalled. It is disappointing to take care of your car and have it in pristine condition with no blemishes or scratches only to have a tech have a a total disregard for your well taken care vehicle. Fortunately, I examined the car before leaving the dealership as no one was willing to come forward and tell me they damaged my car. Had I driven off it was my problem. Shame on this dealer for the less than honest service visit and a tech which should be looking for a new job. Given the quality of service and getting no response from upper management, I will not be returning for future service or another new Honda. I am at the end of my lease and I thought of buying the Passport. Given the damage it will be returned to Honda and I will buy another brand.

  • 2023 Accord Hybrid Sport - Great buying experience

    I had been searching for a car for awhile and I got a promotional email from another dealer for $2K off MSRP or 0% for 48 months on any new Accord Hybrid. I shopped this offer around to several other local dealers and they assured me they could match it. I told them I also was not willing to pay for the $900-$1,000 doc prep fee. $500 was more reasonable since in MD, that's what dealers charge. Suffice it to say, the dealers that said they could either match the promo ended up giving me the run around when I asked them to put it in writing. They tried to add additional fabric protection, VIN etching, etc options when I said I did not want any of that. I wound up working with Sam Chowdhury who I had previously talked with in January 2023 when I was looking for a CRV. When I spoke with Sam Thursday morning and sent him the copy of the promo and I told him about only wanting to pay $500 for the doc prep fee and no other options unless I selected them, he said no problem. They gave me $2,400 off MSRP (I payed the full $899 doc prep fee, which netted down to $500 with the additional $400 off MSRP). He kept the last available Accord Sport Hybrid for me when I showed up at 5:30PM and everything went smoothly. None of that "bait and switch" or say one thing on the phone and then change the deal when you get into the dealership like some of the other local dealership. I highly recommend Autonation Honda of Dulles, VA and Sam especially. He honored his word and everything went super smoothly.

    Getting my car serviced is not the highlight of my life, but Honda Dulles and the staff make this a really good experience. Hats off to Hector. He has his thumb on the pulse of what is going on at all times and I come away feeling very confident. Having a Lift service is a real bonus so I don't have to sit in a waiting room for 6 hours. Honda Dulles is also close by and that is another bonus.

    My CRV was recalled in June of 23 and I immediately called the Dealer in Dulles, VA. The tech assigned to me was courteous, personable and extremely knowledgeable about their product! This was my first visit to this particular dealer and it could not have been better! I would certainly recommend them!
