I have had a relationship with AutoNation since I purchased my Honda Accord in 2016. To date, I have not had a single negative experience with this dealership. The staff is courteous and professional at all times, the service has been exceptional - from the appointment booking process, to the arrival procedures, wait time, and actual service, it is by far one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with an Auto dealer. I have remarked to friends and family that some restaurants and retailers need to take a page from AutoNation’s books. I recently decided to sell my Honda, and AutoNation took me through the car selling process seamlessly, without any hiccup. Kumar is by far one of the most amazing individuals I have encountered at the dealership. He listened and was attentive to my needs, and most importantly, he was super responsive to my inquiries whether by phone, text message, or email. I am saddened to have sold my vehicle but it was time for a change for me. AutoNation has left an indelible mark, and I will continue to sing your praise to my friends, family, and anyone who will listen.
