  • 3 weeks and car is still not fixed

    Dropped off car for new battery and A/C not working. Battery was replaced, no issues. A/C was determined to need both a new compressor and condenser. Both A/C parts were found to be defective and they have had to reorder twice, as well as a new hose. I have to call for a daily update towards the end of the business day to be told that it will be ready the next day, or it will be ready in two days. I've never had this runaround from you all before. I've had my Hondas serviced here since 2012. I normally feel like I'm getting a fair deal and quality work performed but this has worn my patience down. Speaking with the service manager has not so far resolved the issue. It's supposed to be ready today but I am not optimistic. I would not recommend getting a Honda serviced here after this experience.

  • Pricey but good

    Had a recall on my Ridgeline to accomplish so I had them do the timing belt and water pump while it was there. Dropped it in the morning and they had everything done that afternoon. Nice people but a bit pricey as you might expect at the dealership.

    I notified late that I would wait on the vehicle - my advisor was able to push it through the system, which was much appreciated. I did have enough time to take a spin in a Passport, as I am considering as my next (I have bought two) vehicle from this dealership.

    I dropped my 2020 ODYSSEY off at AutoNation Serling on 8/9/23. I arrived earlier than the appointment time scheduled and everyone at the service department was friendly in taking in my Van and explaining what they were going to do. Later in te day I was informed that the work was complete, and I picked it up where again I met with cautious helpful people in service.

    Ashburn VA Honda Service Issue: My experience on 7/28/2023 was bad. The car was not returned to me at the agreed upon time and the service leader was evasive and dishonest in their discussions with me. I'm a long time customer and this experience has been the worst of the worst.

  • mirror replacement

    after a Amtrak train ride from Fla to Lorton VA, I needed a passenger mirror replaced. The gave an estimate, then we waited for the insurance. A month later I got an updated estimate and they had a passenger mirror in the RIGHT color locally and 2 days later my car was fixed (took 2 to 3 hours to complete)

  • Accurate Estimate and Timely delivery

    Service was completed as promised and vehicle was returned well before the proposed time. I love the shuttle back home and pick-up while your vehicle is being serviced. One thing to I would Iike to mention is- the work order notes shared mentions completion of sanitization of vehicle interiors. But I see interior of the vehicle was untouched and not sure if sanitization and vacuming was even performed. Isn't interior vaccum standard as part of any service?

    I have had a relationship with AutoNation since I purchased my Honda Accord in 2016. To date, I have not had a single negative experience with this dealership. The staff is courteous and professional at all times, the service has been exceptional - from the appointment booking process, to the arrival procedures, wait time, and actual service, it is by far one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with an Auto dealer. I have remarked to friends and family that some restaurants and retailers need to take a page from AutoNation’s books. I recently decided to sell my Honda, and AutoNation took me through the car selling process seamlessly, without any hiccup. Kumar is by far one of the most amazing individuals I have encountered at the dealership. He listened and was attentive to my needs, and most importantly, he was super responsive to my inquiries whether by phone, text message, or email. I am saddened to have sold my vehicle but it was time for a change for me. AutoNation has left an indelible mark, and I will continue to sing your praise to my friends, family, and anyone who will listen.     I went in for servicing and was promptly attended by Adam. The dealer now offers lyft rides to and from work/home. This was a very much welcomed news. I got a free lyft ride to work and when the car was ready I was able to get the lyft ride back and obtained my car promptly. Overall it was a pleasant seamless experience.
