onAshburn VA Honda Service Issue: My experience on 7/28/2023 was bad. The car was not returned to me at the agreed upon time and the service leader was evasive and dishonest in their discussions with me. I'm a long time customer and this experience has been the worst of the worst.

Jorge from the Ashburn Autonation Customer Satisfaction group reached out to me after seeing my negative review. I shared details of the recent, unique and unfortunate experience I had on 7/28/23. After multiple conversations with Jorge, my expectation is that any future service appointments I choose to schedule with Ashburn Autonation will be delivered with the customary excellence I have previously received.
