AutoNation Honda Dulles

We purchased a new Honda Accord Hybrid through Costco. The sales process hit some bumps because the finance team was severely understaffed, and we had an extremely long wait. Once we finally got in, the process was smooth. To help compensate for the issue, the sales team extended our free oil changes and ordered and delivered car mats for the car, which was a nice effort on their part. While I think the management needs to think about their staffing plan, the overall impression was that the sales team tried hard to make it a good experience.
