Dealership Service Review
Dropped off car for new battery and A/C not working. Battery was replaced, no issues. A/C was determined to need both a new compressor and condenser. Both A/C parts were found to be defective and they have had to reorder twice, as well as a new hose. I have to call for a daily update towards the end of the business day to be told that it will be ready the next day, or it will be ready in two days. I've never had this runaround from you all before. I've had my Hondas serviced here since 2012. I normally feel like I'm getting a fair deal and quality work performed but this has worn my patience down. Speaking with the service manager has not so far resolved the issue. It's supposed to be ready today but I am not optimistic. I would not recommend getting a Honda serviced here after this experience.
