Lindsay Manassas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I will never buy a car here again or recommend anyone. They tell you what you want you to hear and that's it. I have been to this dealership 4 times and only had my car a month. Keep in mind I live an hour away. On one of my many times to pick up my car the sales guy didn't even look at it. The receptionist gave me my keys, no paper work or anything. On the original sales ticket they were supposed to remove some minor scratches... they are still there. My muffler tip needed to be clamped.... it's still hanging. The smart shield was supposed to be applied... never applied! I wiped my finger under my spoiler to show him a finger full of black dirt. My car wasn't even cleaned. All of these things were marked completed on my paper work but not physically done to my car. I've spoken to 3 "managers" all of whom apologized multiple times. They do a great job at apologizing but not a great job of honoring what they say they did. I've been getting the run around for a month! The one star is because I had to and because they had pizza one day. What kind of outfit are you guys running?
