We recently purchased a new Pacifica minivan and are very happy with service. I called on a Friday evening and asked for an appointment first thing when they opened the next morning. The sales rep had the three cars I saw online gassed up and ready when we arrived. I told him we had limited time and he was respectful but helpful without being pushy, which was key. I cannot day enough nice things about Tony Torres. He offered help when needed but let my husband and I debate when we needed. We had a budget and first looked at used and he never tried to upsale us, which I appreciated. Once we left we searched online at other dealerships and found Lindsay's online prices to be the best. We again made an appointment the next morning for a new van we decided upon. The sales manager not only honored the online price with military discounts but helped us with out of state taxes as well. While the purchase was fast I didn't feel rushed, which was key.
