Excellent Customer Service

by PeteG... on 01/21/2023Worst experience ever, 8 days prior to my Warranty expiration I attempted to schedule an appointment for warranty work (i gave a full explanation of the work needed) i was told no appointment available until 14 days from my request. Thought… since I called in advance of my warranty expiration it was covered. After the service was done on the date they gave me I was told my warranty had expired 3 days prior to the day i had the appointment, that the day i brought the car in governed the warranty not the day i called and scheduled the service (what a scam, they scheduled the service for after the warranty would expire, they did the work I paid the bill and after driving away i found the repair they made did not work. when I went back and complained i was told other repairs were necessary beyond what they told me and they would cost even more money and they also said I could not get a refund on the repairs that did not work because even though they did the wrong repairs I was still liable for the wrong repairs. Unacceptable service delays
by O6Retired on 12/02/2021I called for an appointment because the "Check Engine" light was on, error code P208A, on my F-250 diesel pickup. The earliest appointment I could get was 13 days later, 2 Dec., 2021. Upon arrival and check-in I was told it would take 24… to 48 hours for a diagnostic on my pickup even though I had already waited two weeks and made an appointment. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!Explorer purchase
by Chris C on 05/08/2021Our salesman George M. Was great. The process overall was very good. The only thing that was an issue and why we didn’t rate the review higher is that the online price was misleading because it didn’t reflect the true cost by not listing… the destination fee. Other than that the experience was pleasant.Vehicle Service
by Kirk Hood on 04/19/2021Since moving to northern Virginia I have always taken my 2015 Ford F150 to Purvis for required maintenance or service. I know up front the cost of most of what I am having done at the shop. The couple of times they did discover something… that needed attention, I was contacted and consulted before any further work was performed. Always have had great customer service and interaction with the Service office staff. I will continue to bring my vehicle into the shop at Purvis because of pros they have working there.Nautilus

To charge or not to charge. Thank God I challenged the paperwork
by Kennyraisin on 02/20/2021Brought my 2020 Explorer in for three things: 1. Oil change 2. Camera recall 3. Weather stripping issue. First two completed no problem. Weather stripping had somehow gotten behind passenger window on left side of window frame. No idea how… it happened but window would not roll up on its own. Had to pull up by hand to get it to go all the way up. Left it alone in anticipation of getting it fixed. After several calls to check up on progress I was told that part of the window part had to be replaced, that the mechanic had said the frame part has scratches on it "implying" that some one may have been trying to break into vehicle which would have turned it into an insurance issue and not a warranty issue. When I called I was told about replacement part but was not told at that time whether there was going to be a charge for window part. When I got to the dealer I went to the pay window and I was handed the paper work and saw that $382.00 was being charged for the window part and labor. Knowing that was not correct and my 36,000 three year warranty should have covered it, I walked away from the payment window and spoke to the person I had been dealing with all day in regards to repairs and maintenance. I said, "So what is the issue with the window again?". He said it looked like the window had jumped track or something along those lines. I then stated that it should be covered by my warranty to which at that point he seemed surprised that I brought that up but immediately agreed. I then asked him why I was being charged $382.00 at which point he said I shouldn't be. He went and looked at my paperwork at the pay window, shuffled some papers behind the pay window, brought out some form and told me the incorrect code had been used. At that point I said, "That's it?" and he say yes that was it and handed me my keys. I said, "Nothing else?" and he agreed nothing else. So: 1. I was told over the phone that a replacement part was used to fix the window issue with an implication that something may have been done to it but not whether there was a charge which left that open ended. I owned a Ford vehicle for five years prior to this one and every time maintenance was done on that vehicle I was always given a total amount that would be charged over the phone prior to picking up, even if it was just for an inspection. 2. If I had not known to challenge the paperwork at the pay window I would have wound up paying $382.00 for work that was obviously under warranty. That "mistake" should have never been made in the first place. 3. I was not offered to visually inspect the part they said was replaced. 4. When the person I spoke to who said that was it no charge and that I was good to go, no adjusted paperwork reflecting either the work or maintenance was offered or given to me for my records. I still have not received any. 5. In regards to the first question I would not recommend this dealer for maintenance and I would recommend that the GM conduct training on his maintenance make sure this kind of "mistake" does not happen again. 6. If anyone asks me why I didn't ask when being called about any charges or why I didn't ask to see the replaced part or why didn't I ask for corrected paperwork the answer to that is I shouldn't have had to in the first place. That information should have been offered to begin with.Sevic for my F-150

by Grizzle on 09/09/2020No pressure. Got to bottom line quickly to seal the sale.Oil change and state inspection
by Mary Steele on 08/22/2020My appointment was at 10 AM I arrived at 9:50 and the service person came out and asked me if I was dropping off or waiting. I told him I was waiting so I went and took a seat. At 11 AMI decided to walk around the building and I saw my car… still sitting outside so I went into the building and asked one of the service personnel about my car still sitting there since I had a 10 o’clock appointment. He told me he would check when he came back he told me that my car was next and it shouldn’t be much longer I said OK and I told him that I hadn’t eaten yet today and I was hungry so he offered to get me a pack of crackers which he did and I took a seat back in the lobby. At 12 PM still no word about my car I walked over to where my car was parked and it was still there there was no service people at that moment that I could ask what was happening with my car. So I went back to sit in the lobby at 12:45 PM I went to see if my car was still there and it was now I’ve been here for two hours and 45 minutes and my car is still sitting in the same place. When I asked when the service person else again I was told not much longer I took a seat again. At 1:15 I went to see if my car was still there it was not there which I thought OK well they finally taking my car in after three hours and 15 minutes. At 1:45 I saw they brought my car up so I went out and was told I had to wait for the paperwork which took another 10 min So after four hours of waiting I see no purpose in scheduling a appointment at 10 AM when I have to wait for hours later to get the car for a simple oil change and state inspection which should not have taken more than 15 minutes for either one.Service

No pressure, thank God!
by Zach_Zornis on 09/12/2016updated 09/26/2016I went in knowing what I wanted, and with the rebates available, I wasn't interested in negotiating or buying any additional protections. I went in, had the price I wanted, got financing with no money down, drove off in a couple hours.… Nobody tried to pressure me, nobody tried to play the payment game (although a sales person tried it on somebody else from what I could hear from the yelling), however, my experience was surprisingly delightful. I'm thoroughly impressed and we'll buy here again and again.
