    Very disappointed with Warranty coverage/refusal to repair AC. Very pleased with support from service advisor. Repair was made at my expense. Not likely to buy another extended warranty.

    I was there for an oil change and I went with my seven week old baby. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I caught the courtesy shuttle to take me home and pick me up. The entire staff from the service tech to the shuttle driver to the cashier were excellent. I'm very happy with the experience.

    it took a little longer than i had antisipated but it was my foult for not getting an appointment. i have been going to purvis ford for 15 years and have always had great service. i am moving to Wahington State and will miss the friendly faces and great service

  • Good Service with no Problems

    I had to bring my 2013 Ford Fiesta in because of a recall notice I got in the mail about door latches that would no longer close or lock, and I had a rear door with this problem. I made an appointment by phone and dropped it off after work on Wednesday. I was working with Tony Simms at the service desk and mentioned that I won't be able to pick up till Saturday. I got a call a day later that it could be picked up and I would be by Saturday morning. They did a good job replacing the door latches and getting it done ahead of time with no problems. Thanks to the service department, keep up the good work. Kevin

    This was routine maintenance for our 2011 Escape, oil change, tire rotation, air filter, etc. Everything was OK. Staff was friendly and professional.

    The service representative was amazing, but when handing my keys over to have my vehicle retrieved the man was rude to the person ahead of me and equally so to me. He appears to not like his his job. I let my service rep know the man needed a nice pill. What a shame to be treated that way at the end as everyone else was polite, professional and efficient.

    I brought my 2006 expedition for 2 service issues (power lock and Air conditioning). My sister recommended I bring my truck to Purvis because she always takes her Explorer here for service. He service manager was very nice and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the day and was able to finish the work in 1 day. And although there was a mishap with 1 area of service, he (the service manager) went out of his way to further assist me. I am pleased with the final outcome of the service work and staff.

    I purchased a 2016 Mustang GT and the salesman Nick was great! In fact everyone at Purvis was a pleasure to deal with. The trade in I had was priced fairly (better than I thought) and the deal on the car was awesome. This is why I'm on my 10th vehicle from Purvis.

    F-150 The Service was OUTSTANDING from my Phone call to Barry Jones who has sold me my 3rd Ford, to Doug the Sales Manager and Kathy the Business Manager, I made a phone call to Barry at 9:30 AM and by 4:00 PM I was driving off the lot in my new truck. Barry listened to my requirements and matched up what you had in inventory and I had two trucks that met my requirements. I was waiting to deal with the business aspect I found from my Ford Online Customer site that as a repeat Ford Customer that I got an additional $100 off, Doug made it happen PDQ. The Purvis team has supported me and my family's need for the second time in 2016 with a new vehicle. When you get outstanding commitment and service you don't forget it and you support those who support you. THANKS Barry, Doug, and Kathy!!
