Unacceptable service delays

onI called for an appointment because the "Check Engine" light was on, error code P208A, on my F-250 diesel pickup. The earliest appointment I could get was 13 days later, 2 Dec., 2021. Upon arrival and check-in I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours for a diagnostic on my pickup even though I had already waited two weeks and made an appointment. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
