I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Handy Toyota. I worked with Adam Bentley on the sale. He is a very kind and knowledgeable salesman. Their whole sales team is rather experienced. I had two other gentlemen help me with questions and… the finance manager clearly explained the different warranties and servicing available. 10/10

Jessy the salesman and Mason the warranty expert was very… knowledgeable and took the time to explain every thing thoroughly, and answered all questions in very professional manner He was not a pressure type salesman and very pleasant to deal with.. It was the first car, however, that I have purchased, either used or new, in 45 years that did not come with floor mats. I mean, come on, I paid full price,… I should get some floor mats. Also, there was no offer to go over the instrument panel. I know it’s not necessary for most, but it would’ve been helpful. This is also the first time I have not been offered this service. I requested a paper manual and have not yet received it, 3 weeks later. On the other hand, the people I dealt with were all nice and polite.Shout Out to Handy Toyota

Jessie Turner work over a year to get me the truck I wanted. He would update me when they… got trucks in that might work. He never gave up. Best sales experience I've ever had. Eric worked hard to get me a fair trade in price for my truck. GM Mason explain everything thoroughly. Just a good experience. Will buy from Handys in the futureFancy Hyundai

They also did all they could to get the part. When I picked it up after 2.5 months or so they had… detailed the exterior to compensate for its exposure to the elements. I appreciated that. The Toyota service manager, Ethan, was very helpful in getting me out the door with my car & helping me to plan for service to my car before the winter. It's a bit of a drive from Essex to St. Albans but my family wants good customer service & we get it at Handy's.Monell

Nick Lambert really took care of me, going out of his way to get the car inside on a rainy day, so I could crawl around under it to inspect the bottom. He took care of… the paperwork quickly, and provided an excellent car buying experience. He even mailed me a third key and fob for the car a week later. Fantastic service.Shop online

And know what? Jesse at Handy Toyota won my business. He and Sam listened to what I… wanted and took extra steps to make it happen. And when I picked up my Grand Highlander, Jesse took the time to explain all the buttons to me (again!), answer my questions, show me how to use the Toyota app (so cool), and connect my phone to the car's system. Kudos to Sam, too, for sticking the landing after all my negotiating on the price. I love my new ride, and would do business with Jesse and Sam again in a heartbeat. If you're in the market for a Toyota, call them! You'll be glad you did.So Handy!!!

My dealer was Josh, who was professional, courteous and just a damn good guy to hang out with while waiting for finance approval. Josh answered… all my questions about my Prius. Mason handled the financial arrangements and made the extra effort to get me the best deal possible, and explained the details effectively. I want to thank Josh and Mason for staying past closing on a beautiful Saturday to make my deal such a great experience. I recommend and would do business again!!!
