I'm a nit-picky comparison shopper, especially for large purchases. I do my homework. Run the numbers. Talk to any dealership with a reasonable distance. And know what? Jesse at Handy Toyota won my business. He and Sam listened to what I wanted and took extra steps to make it happen. And when I picked up my Grand Highlander, Jesse took the time to explain all the buttons to me (again!), answer my questions, show me how to use the Toyota app (so cool), and connect my phone to the car's system. Kudos to Sam, too, for sticking the landing after all my negotiating on the price. I love my new ride, and would do business with Jesse and Sam again in a heartbeat.
