First time dealing with Handy Toyota. Drove 3 hours from Albany to get there 3:30 on Saturday. My dealer was Josh, who was professional, courteous and just a damn good guy to hang out with while waiting for finance approval. Josh answered all my questions about my Prius. Mason handled the financial arrangements and made the extra effort to get me the best deal possible, and explained the details effectively. I want to thank Josh and Mason for staying past closing on a beautiful Saturday to make my deal such a great experience. I recommend and would do business again!!!
