I was very disappointed with this dealership, but not with the car. I love the car. It was the first car, however, that I have purchased, either used or new, in 45 years that did not come with floor mats. I mean, come on, I paid full price, I should get some floor mats. Also, there was no offer to go over the instrument panel. I know it’s not necessary for most, but it would’ve been helpful. This is also the first time I have not been offered this service. I requested a paper manual and have not yet received it, 3 weeks later. On the other hand, the people I dealt with were all nice and polite.
