onI had my Prius serviced for a serious condition that required a long stay at Handy's to await a part. They loaned us a car for the duration. They also did all they could to get the part. When I picked it up after 2.5 months or so they had detailed the exterior to compensate for its exposure to the elements. I appreciated that. The Toyota service manager, Ethan, was very helpful in getting me out the door with my car & helping me to plan for service to my car before the winter. It's a bit of a drive from Essex to St. Albans but my family wants good customer service & we get it at Handy's.
