    I was able to get an appointment on the same day I made the call. I had professional and excellent service as soon as I drove up in the bay. Shane and Carlos kept me informed and my service was completed soon than expected.

    Respectful, provided service on items as described before arriving. I bought the extended service warranty and received everything as expected which with prior auto purchases made, i.e., BMW did not always occur. This will make it easy to consider continuing future purchases with Mercedes.

  • Serivce advisors not doing their job properly!

    I’ve been taking my car to clear lake Mercedes for 2 years. Getting service A &B. I’ve had car for 2 year and service advisor failed to tell me I needed my transmission service @60k, also breaks within 2yrs! I had service A done in December 2023 didn’t tell me I needed all these services done until Thursday Feb 2024, when I went in to replace my starter. And hits me with a $5614.00 bill you need all this done. SMH brakes, transmission at60k my car has 77600k miles on it. Why didn’t he mention this last year? Or mentioned to me hey it’s almost time to do your brakes. Nothing was ever mentioned. I’m thinking ok everything is good on my car I’m taking my car to get serviced when needed. I’m truly disappointed. It’s BS

    Our sales representative, Zeke Gates, always takes very great care of us on each visit. He always takes time to explain the service requirements and if there are any additional findings upon the inspection he makes sure we understand our choices.

    I needed to have the battery changed on my c300 Mercedes. Ms Flores was my advisor and she provided excellent costumer service answering all my questions, keeping me informed about the progress of the service. The waiting area is elegant with several tvs, complimentary snack and coffee room, and many comfortable seating. The service was done in a timely manner and the car was washed and cleaned before being return to me. I highly recommend Mercedes of clear lake to everyone!

    My service manager, Zeke, is professional, friendly, quick to respond, and always takes good care of me. The dealership is very nice and they get the work done within the specified amount of time. I've never had any issues with the work the service department performs. I would definitely recommend the mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake dealership and service department for all your Mercedes needs.

    Agreed to diagnostics and inspection to determine repairs needed or recommended. 13 items identified. I liked i could choose which ones were really needed and cost effective, vs which ones i could defer. Everyone was courteous.

    I was there for my A service and Luis was my service advisor. He was so nice, helpful, attentive and explained all the services I needed. He even gave me a discount, even though I didn’t ask for one. I spent the most of the morning at the dealership and he asked several times if I needed a ride somewhere. Overall, I was very happy with my experience.
