    I had a tire that would not hold air due to a nail. Mercedes Benz of Waco patched it, but it only held air for a couple of days and then started losing air again. I had tire and wheel warranty on my car, so Mercedes Benz of Waco gave me a loaner car and replaced my tire under my warranty.

  • Malfunction service

    Went in to have ab air ride malfunction fixed. Was told I would need to leave my car for up to a week. I couldn't do that so I asked them to check my AC which wasn't cooling very well. They fixed my AC and charged $500+

  • Weeks late and performance short

    Secondary to prior experience I do not like taking my car to this dealership… but bc of a recall that was causing other issues in the car I called and made an appointment. Went in for a recall, FOUR WEEKS LATER I am able to get my car back. Car was losing power on the way home (only going 50 up hill and 70 on a flat road when pedal is to the floor and cruise set on 75), and now suddenly my liftgate does not stay up (neither of these were issues before service, I drove the car there, and if they check cameras they can clearly see me getting items out of the ‘trunk’ with a functioning hatch). But that’s just too bad for me… communication between service manager was good, but she was not completely honest with me until almost 2 weeks in to my car just sitting and waiting on parts. Ridiculous how long it took, and ridiculous to suggest that these, what I would consider major issues to the functionality of my family vehicle and primary mode of transportation, were pre-existing and that I will ‘need to bring it BACK in for diagnosis.’ No thanks. I’ll keep my business at the FOREIGN CAR CLINIC, and next time pay them for what you were supposed to do for free—

    • I called repeatedly to reach the GM at (254) 244-0166, with no answer. See, this is the main number in which an automated answering machine asks for the ‘extension,’ or for a department, or there is a selection for the operator. No extension was supplied to me, the specific department answering service is not on-site and therefore cannot tell me who, if anyone, is available to speak to me about this issue. He (answering service) was pleasant and did transfer me to several open lines. No one answered, and I did not leave a message, as I feel like my last conversation with the service department left me feeling less than satisfied. No operator or other living being ever picked up the telephone. So when I was able to obtain a babysitter for my children, and extra driver, and spare the time to drive the over an hour round trip- I took my car back. My husband spoke with a parts manager there and hopefully this will begin to RECTIFY my issues.

    I always like coming to Auto Nation Waco (Mercedes-Benz). I love the new video feature of your repairs too. That's the best part. They fixed me up right and Caroline , makes it even better.     I dropped my car off to have a tire that was leaking air repaired. I was greeted upon arrival and quickly assisted. Carlos gave me a ride to my office and was very courteous and friendly. My tire was repaired, my car was washed and ready when I arrived back at the dealership.

    We are so thankful for Mercedes-Benz Waco service dept. We were driving our less than 2 yr old GLE350 & it went crazy! Sputtering, stopping, more sputtering while traveling from E TX back to Georgetown. An SUV this $$$$ should not do this. Called our local Georgetown, TX MB Svc Dept & they could not see us for 3 weeks. Really?? Found MB of Waco, called & they said bring the car here. Like most dealers these days they were out of loaner cars but they helped us find a rental company to call. We get to MB Waco (sputtering the entire way) & there is a known issue with the cylinders (shame on MB) but it has not been recalled. They kept the car, had to order all kinds of parts & got it back to us within 10 days. Two days into them having our car they called us & said we have a loaner for you. We were thrilled as the rental car was $99.00 a day plus tax. UGH. We worked with Caroline & she was so helpful & kind. She knew how stressed I was with such a major issue while traveling on I35 through TX. She was reassuring, kind and professional. The fact that she called us 2 days in & had a loaner car for us was incredible. Everyone we dealt with at Mercedes-Benz Waco was very nice, kind & professional. I am hesitant to write such a nice review because I don't want them to get super busy !! But, the right thing to do is to recognize them and their great service. Thank you all for understanding the importance of good customer service and for going above and beyond. We bought a MB for the first time when we purchased this car & we did it for their reliability & their service. Based on the service received at our local MB dealer in Georgetown, TX we were not going to buy another one. However, the good people at Waco MB have changed our minds & we will drive further to have all of our car servicing done with them. And, please thank Caroline for her wonderful service and her caring attitude.

    The service department did a great job on servicing my SUV. They reported to me that I needed a brake job so I agreed and upon check out, my representative had located a $300.09 coupon to apply to my brake repair. I was very thankful!! Great service and customer service. I was even given a loaner car during the duration of my repairs.

  • Basic system maintenance

    Previously, took my car in for a cooling system flush. Instead of doing the entire system they drained it once or twice and refilled it. The technician identified a DEF smell to the coolant and did not continue flushing until smell was gone. Not only that, I left the dealership after paying and had to stop and purchase coolant because the technician didnt properly fill the system. After a few weeks, low coolant light came on again. At that time I identified that the system was leaking I went to fill it and could smell DEF. Took the car back for diagnostic, water pump was leaking and there is a DEF smell in the coolant. The pump was not leaking prior to getting the coolant flushed. I purchased and replaced the pump myself, they were going to charge me almost 2000 dollars for a crushed oring.

  • Front windshield replacement

    The day I left the dealership with my 2023 C300, on the way home, I received a cracked windshield from the truck ahead of me. No one had a replacement as the car was so new. MB Waco ordered the glass. It took about six weeks to get it. I dropped the car off, received a 2023 S-Class for a two day loaner. The replacement and recalibration were accomplished!

    Made an appointment for oil change and replacement wipers. Sat in waiting room approximately 45-60 minutes and was then informed they did not have the diesel oil and could not do the oil change.
