    The service department did a great job on servicing my SUV. They reported to me that I needed a brake job so I agreed and upon check out, my representative had located a $300.09 coupon to apply to my brake repair. I was very thankful!! Great service and customer service. I was even given a loaner car during the duration of my repairs.

  • Basic system maintenance

    Previously, took my car in for a cooling system flush. Instead of doing the entire system they drained it once or twice and refilled it. The technician identified a DEF smell to the coolant and did not continue flushing until smell was gone. Not only that, I left the dealership after paying and had to stop and purchase coolant because the technician didnt properly fill the system. After a few weeks, low coolant light came on again. At that time I identified that the system was leaking I went to fill it and could smell DEF. Took the car back for diagnostic, water pump was leaking and there is a DEF smell in the coolant. The pump was not leaking prior to getting the coolant flushed. I purchased and replaced the pump myself, they were going to charge me almost 2000 dollars for a crushed oring.

  • Front windshield replacement

    The day I left the dealership with my 2023 C300, on the way home, I received a cracked windshield from the truck ahead of me. No one had a replacement as the car was so new. MB Waco ordered the glass. It took about six weeks to get it. I dropped the car off, received a 2023 S-Class for a two day loaner. The replacement and recalibration were accomplished!

    My salesman Pablo amd his team made this sale very easy and simple for me. We literally did the whole deal over the phone while I was out of town. Great job guys .     Purchase a vehicle from there. Only one in the area I liked, it was a GLS 550. I knew when I saw it, this was the vehicle, after purchase there was a small issue. MB of Waco worked with my dealer MB of Georgetown to solve it. Class act, thank you to the sales manager.

    From the 1st time we went to the dealership we were impressed. Tracey was very helpful, went with us for a test drove and was very knowledgeable. We returned a couple days later for another test drive. Tracey had the vehicle ready and waiting for us. Answered all questions we had. When we decided to purchase the vehicle the sales staff and finance staff were very efficient and pleasant to work with.

  • 2020 GLC Coupe

    Purchased car online. 2020 with 5K miles. Was told car was 10/10. Also told car was to be CPO’d, however due to software update delay could not. Drove roughly 200 miles in the rain to pick up car. When I got to dealership car was outside, after a couple of hours of delay with getting drafting instructions from my bank was anxious to get back. Had to drive back through Austin in the rain. Car looked good. I wish I had spent more time looking it over. (Car also had additional 1000+ miles on it) The following day noticed several areas of VERY poorly painted areas of scratches and scuffs. These were hard to see as car is black and was raining. The worse was the large chip/starburst in the windshield. This was noticed the next day when sun came out. Took immediately to windshield repair(thinking it happened on my way home) was told chip had previously been repaired and nothing more could be done. Replacing windshield is necessary.Reached out immediately to dealership, no follow up. This is my 6th MB most of all have been CPOs. NO WAY is this car’s condition a 10/10 or worthy of being certified. Nice car, dealership was pleasant to deal with before and during transaction. Follow up is where ball has been dropped. Very disappointed.

    Made an appointment for oil change and replacement wipers. Sat in waiting room approximately 45-60 minutes and was then informed they did not have the diesel oil and could not do the oil change.

    We called ahead of time to schedule test driving an E Class sedan. They had an attractive deal on a 2020 E 350 they had used for a service loan vehicle. I also wanted to drive the 2021 E 350. Unfortunately the 2021 was not available at the time. However, the deal on the 2020 E 350 loan vehicle was too attractive to pass up. We have been a Toyota family since 1975, but were now looking forward to a midsize luxury vehicle that was quiet and comfortable. The 2020 model met our expectations. Every associate at Mercedes Benz Waco treated us the way most Central Texans treat their friends, with courtesy and interest.
