    The overall experience was good, but after purchasing the car I was told that my vehicle would be detailed. It was not... The car had bird crap all over the car and didn't look like it was cleaned at all. The windows still had smudges on them. When I asked the salesman about it, he said that he would owe me a detail job in the future. Also, I was supposed to get two sets of keys when I bought the car. It's been about 2 weeks and the dealership still have not given me the second set. When I called the salesman about it, I was blown off for a week because they were going out of town. Customer satisfaction should be the most important thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. It didn't happen for me at this place.

    Very polite and friendly service person. Was given a loaner car when my car had to be kept over night waiting for parts. Picked up my car and they had also washed it!!

    We visited the dealership 30 minutes before closing. The salesman named Bryan was so helpful and not pushy..even though it was time for him to get off,he graciously let us test drive the car. Then he looked up information we needed on the car after 5:00. We have not bought the car yet but we are going to this next week.

    1. took a while to have phone call for scheduling returned.. 2. service mgr is not one I want to deal with any longer.. The second man in charge was great 5*. 3. mgr didn't represent problem to insurance company properly. 4. dealership change to Autonation has not made me happy and I'm not certain I'd get another Benz in town.

    Warranty work was performed in a timely manner. The part was not on hand and had to be ordered. I waited for the work to be completed in their very nice facility and waiting area. After the work was completed, my car was rinsed off but not washed as the service rep stated. I know people are busy but I expect my car to be washed if I am told it was washed after the repair was made. Also, I asked for the ECN for my radio so that I could get SIRIS radio. The technician provided me with a printout for my radio and was shown the number to use on the SIRIS website. The number didn't work cause it was the wrong information. I did some research and found the ECN in the car radio display after searching in radio options. I am new to this car and still trying to find out how to use all of the different electronic systems in my 2015 C300 verse my 2007 E350 Mercedes.
