    Sales offer lower interest rates only if you add additional protection packages adding up over 2k. If you don't want the additional protection packages then you get a higher intrest rate. I didn't want the extra protection and after reviewing my paperwork it was still added. I contacted the sales person who then told me it was a mistake and now they don't answer me or help me.

    I was very pleased with our 2nd vehicle purchase at EchoPark Southwest in Stafford, TX. Our Salesman was very patient with our questions. We test drive 2 vehicles to make a decision. After deciding, our Salesman helped walk us through the down payment and financing process. We love our new Volkswagen Taos! I highly recommend EchoPark for anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. RF

  • Service was Great, but "Key" Items Were Missing

    My overall experience with EchoPark was absolutely great. All of my questions were answered, the team was not pushy, I really liked my sales rep, Asia Nelson, and I absolutely LOVE my 2022 Lexus IS350 F-Sport! I'm only giving 3 stars because after all of the paperwork was signed I came to learn that there is only ONE key to the vehicle and NO floormats. Verifying floor mats never occurred to me since they are generally kept in the trunk for test drives. And I don't think that I have ever purchased a vehicle that didn't come with 2 keys! Being that this is a Lexus these are NOT cheap items to replace and EchoPark should have taken care of that or at least disclosed the info prior to purchase. I ended up in the hospital not long after I bought the car which made this whole process an even bigger hassle. I'd recommend EchoPark but grill them on every single detail....even if you think the answer should be obvious.

    Assist me in the selection of a used vehicle. Look at 3 vehicles. I finally settled on a clean low mileage MID SIZE SUV. The optional warranties are available at a prices for 5 more years.( opitional). Sales person was knowledgeable on autos and their inventory.

  • Great Experience at EchoPark

    I just bought a 2020 Chevy Trax at the EchoPark Southwest location. I found them through an online banner ad while I was looking for something at CarMax. The vehicle was about $3K cheaper at EchoPark, even with the no-haggle. I went to Edmunds' website to rate the deal, and it said I got a bargain, something you seldom see. My salesperson was Dominic Jones and there was no pressure from his end. He let me test drive the vehicle and didn't accompany me on the drive. That's always a big plus in a dealer's favor IMO. Back at the showroom, he printed out quotes with all the taxes, fees, and add-ons, and one without so I had a clear idea of what the all-in price was. I refused the add-ons, so of course, the sales manager came over to try to change my mind. While the sales manager was persistent (this is where they make their money, after all), he quickly took the hint I wasn't interested and left. So that was another plus. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my experience and glad I paid attention to the banner ad, something I seldom do. If you're looking for a used car, I'm happy to recommend them to you. Great price with no haggle, no tag-along test drive and very little pressure, if any. Good combination.

    Hello, I didn't have a comfortable experience with Echopark. Communication was not effective. Moreover, 5 different people interacted with me in the process of buying my car and not all of them handled consistent information about documentation, requirements and the status of the purchase. It took me 3 days, ~3-4 hours each day, to buy my car. Representatives seemed worried about recognizing revenue at month closure and not worried about providing customer service. After the purchase, I talked to the manager and he apologized for the whole situation. I hope it helps other potential customers and Echopark to improve.

    Echo park is definitely the new way to buy a car. I walked in skeptical, but Nicole listened and really took care of us. She pulled up the cars we wanted to see and suggested a few others. The process was super convenient and easy...with the pre-owned car and with the trade in. There is no haggling...and I really price checked these guys too! The best pricing was offered for trade in and I got the best price for my new car....everyone was super professional!! Follow up communication was great, and not too much. Talk about feeling at ease when buying a car, the entire experience was great! Looking forward to future business !!!

    My sales guy was Kenneth, he made the buying experience very easy , and he was very informative. I highly recommend Echo Park to anyone looking for a great car buying experience, if you need a car ,ask for Kenneth at the Southwest location in Houston, Texas.

    I had been in contact with salesman Dominic. By the time I decided to go. He was on vacation. So he referred me to his manager Gene and Gene referred me to Gil. I explained to Gil what I wanted. I also explained to him that I didn’t want to be there all day . Trying to buy a car! He promised me I wouldn’t be there all day and I wasn’t. He made me very comfortable. Gil made sure I made the best purchase and that I was comfortable with it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was very patient and kind. He made my experience very nice.     Very Good Experience. Quick and painless. I like the fact they do not automatically tack on extras. The cost of the car is the sticker +ttl. Now they do try and sell you extras, but that is a choice you get to make.

    Did 90% of this purchase online from shopping to financing. Only a test drive and document signing done in person. Need to make document signing entirely electronic process in the future. First vehicle I attempted to purchase, but after putting down deposit was told that I couldn't because title was being "arbitrated". Sounded suspect, but to GM Gene's credit, he found a replacement vehicle, a little nicer, and a little cheaper. Satisfied.
