Echo park is definitely the new way to buy a car. I walked in skeptical, but Nicole listened and really took care of us. She pulled up the cars we wanted to see and suggested a few others. The process was super convenient and easy...with the pre-owned car and with the trade in. There is no haggling...and I really price checked these guys too! The best pricing was offered for trade in and I got the best price for my new car....everyone was super professional!! Follow up communication was great, and not too much.
