    The young lady who initially helped me the day before was great. The next day, when I brought my car in, service was quick and efficient. My regular service advisor, Roy Coleman, is one of the best men that you have. He knows his stuff and he is prompt and efficient when calling a customer to tell them what has to be done to their vehicle. I recommend folks to your dealership (service) specifically because of Roy. On a side note, Brad Cook is a great salesman and sold us our last car a couple of months ago. Although a bit longer than I would like, the sales experience was still a good one and we got the car! I would go to N. Central Ford before any other service company or dealership.

    I drive a 2011 Edge. The staff, especially Jim Ayo, was very helpful. I was having trouble with my keyless entry, and he was involved in the problem from the get go. I was frustrated that I was not able to just walk up to my car with my hands full and gain access to it without getting out my key or using my keypad. I was further frustrated that I had to insert my key into that slot in my console in order to start it. Each time I was unable to start to car, I was afraid that I would be stranded. I am now able to use my keyless features again. This is especially important to a women who is out and about during the evening when who knows what thief may be lurking about to do me harm. Jim was also able to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it with regard to what I thought was an air leak at the passenger side rear window. I had paid $125 the previous time I was in to have this diagnosed, and all they seemed to do was squirt some water on the windows and tell me that there was no leak. Jim told me that it was the pressurized air trying to find a way out and I should just put the climate on recirculate to solve the problem. This worked and I do not hear the noise at all anymore.

    I brought my car in for my first oil change, and to get the hazard button fixed. The button was stuck when I bought the car used. They completed the oil change but could not get to the button the same day. They gave me a form to bring back when I had time to get the button fixed. Everyone was very courteous and friendly throughout the experience.

    I take my car in for a gas leak, I needed the car the next day for an appointment so I take the car in very early. When they checked the car they noticed the car had a recall service pending and told me they would do that besides the gas leak fix. I added the oil change since it was needed anyway. They called me later, told me they find the leak but need a part and the part will be back until the next day.I was worried that the car won't be ready on time for my appointment, but they called me 8:00AM to tell me that my car was ready! I was supper happy even more when I was informed that the gas leak was included in the warranty and I was charged only for the oil change. They send the shuttle to pick me up, the paperwork was fast and the people always nice, I got my car back like new, they fix the leak, the recall service, the oil change and only had to pay for the oil change! Great!! All the team did a great job, I'll be back all the time!

    I was greeted promptly and my reason for the visit was quickly defined and set up. When work was finished I was shown to the payment check out area and treated very pleasantly by all I met. Because of the courteous and efficient service I will continue to use North Central Ford for all needs for my 2014 Escape. Also, big plus, love getting the car back having been washed, looked good!!

    I had a really great experience here at Ford North Central. Damita was a lot of grave help with the 2016 Ford focus SE that I had least that day. She was upfront and honest from the beginning as well as delivery experienced info about leasing. She was able to handle my demands and requests with negotiating and financing. I was also given a tour of the facility with welcome arms.

    I use North Central Ford because that is where I bought my current vehicle. I believe in keeping your car maintained even after the warranty expires. However, with some of the things that I have experienced with my vehicle in the last 2 years, I think I need to renew a warranty. I had to have the starter replaced on 7-9-15 while I was on vacation; even though North central had just checked out my vehicle on 77-2-15 saying everything was just fine. When I came back from vacation (spent $552.17) that I did not expect I did complain to your MANAGER. He would take it under advisement; nothing came out of this. Now on 3-31-16 I had to have the pump for the washer replaced to the tune of $374.59. This vehicle is now costing me somewhat of a fortune. maybe I should look to purchasing another kind of vehicle even though my FORD ESCAPE is my baby.

    After having such negative experiences at two previous dealerships (one Ford and one Chrysler), it felt good to go to a dealership that not only listened to my needs, but did everything they could to meet them. I was very pleased with the customer service of all the employees, and the attentiveness they gave me. My only issue was the pricing info that was shown online, vs what I actually was told at the dealership. To me, it was a bit of false advertisement because there were two different prices, but I was told it was a system error. The disclaimers didn't reflect or show what the sales manager said, but there was no way for me to prove who was correct.

    My sales Mr. Jackson Bridges was really respect, helpful, and very knowledgeable in his field of career. His helpful knowledge on my F150 Sport was a great choice for my family and I. The service we received from Mr Bridges and my financing personal was excellent people to finalize my purchase. Thanks North Central ford I will be purchasing my future vehicles from the dealership.

    I purchased a 2016 F150 and traded in my old car. Lane was helpful, patient and knew the product well. I shopped several dealerships and Lane was my favorite sales professional to deal with out of the Ford stores I shopped. It seemed he listened and tried to meet my needs rather than push a sale.

    Don was very personable and helpful. I loved his personality too. This is my 4th Ford, but my first brand new Ford. He walked me through everything and I enjoyed the fact that he treated me like family. Kevin in finance was wonderful as well. I didn't feel like I was being treated like just another customer. Thank you for treating me like family and giving me remarkable service. Good looking out all around.
