    I was helped in our process by a man who has assisted us before in looking for a replacement for our 2008 Focus. He was quick, thorough, gave us informed and timely advice and explained many needful aspects to my son Michael who is a first-time buyer. My son bought a new Ford Focus due to this man's help and work on our behalf. Thank you, Chris Martin - and North Central Ford!

    I had only recall work done but the timing was perfect. I'm just curious why my passenger seat was pushed forward and my glove compartment had been opened. I knew it had because my trash bag that hangs on it was in the floorboard. I'm used to my radio and headlights being turned off every time I take it in for service but my glove compartment being opened is a mystery.

    Car done earlier than expected, easy to make appt., price was less than estimate although there is a new charge of $21 for oil disposal that I never had to pay before for an oil change making them now less competitive than other Ford Dealers.

    I recently wrote a scathing review of North Central Ford. I wrongly assumed they were avoiding dealing with my concerns when, in fact, they were carefully evaluating and researching my issues. When they did make contact, their response and solution to my concerns was really teriffic. Their communication with me was clear, knowledgable, transparent, empathetic and absolutely aimed at a very productive win-win. I simply couldn't be happier. If you are considering the purchase of a new Ford or having your current vehicle serviced, may I suggest you seriously consider giving North Central Ford a call. You'll be happy with the result.

    Ronnie Ralph gave what I call super over service. He went out his way to get my truck in, looked at and fixed. He kept me updated and made sure I understood what was happening with my truck. I appreciate the customer service he gave, koodos to both North Central Ford and Ronnie.
  • Re-programming of the PCM

    My 2014 Mustang GT CS was getting an engine check light. I brought car in and the service department did a programming of the PCM and then rest the codes. Had my car ready in less than 2 hours and the code name came back yet.

    We have been long time customers of North Central Ford. We went in really just to "look". I had heard advertisement about Ford Truck Month on TV. I knew that my husband really needed a new truck but like most men he was being stubborn about it soooo.. I decided to be a little sneaky and tell him I wanted to go look at the Ford Edge. Well the sales staff was wonderful at North Central Ford. They were so helpful & thorough. Showing us different vehicles &different things they offer. They actually ended up getting my husband in a brand new Ford F150 XLT with all the things he wanted in a Truck "And" me in a Brand New Ford Escape fully loaded. We are ecstatic! I just can't believe we both have brand new vehicles at the same time. We are so thankful & overjoyed with the people, the experience, & the vehicles. I Love you North Central Ford! You guys keep pleasing Again & Again. I think you "Rock" Doug Miller, Damita Kynard, Kevin in finance (same name as my husband) forgive me not remembering your last name , & Jishai Lawrence

    Purchased 2013 Ford F-150 from another dealership, who, offered me the "bumper to bumper" waranty. Like a lot of policies, it covered most everything, but, hoses, and, who knows how much I'll be surprised later?? Then, to add insult to injury, I'm charged dealership prices $477 for a freakin water hose ???? Other than that, the guys were very attentive, quick, and friendly.

    Well let me start by how courteous the service department and staff have always treated me. That matters to me . Please make it known how I and others customers appreciate all they do and treat us. I have been buying cars for over 25 years and I will your team is among the best. Also I will like to point out that they take care of any problem or concerns that I may have. Example I came in for a oil change and tire rotation . I also had the service guys look at a front tire gouge I had gotten from driving. They checked out my tire and said it was safe that it wasn't losing air. Since I drive a lot and have clients and take care of the sick it's important I keep up my car . I have peace of mind knowing I'm safe driving and I wanted to touch base on that.

    Russell Huffman was my Service Advisor. Russell and his team went above and beyond to make sure I knew the status of my vehicle each day as well as testing it for additional issues. Russell and his team will be my go-to team in the future for anything that comes up with my Ford Escape. Very pleased with the customer service!

    Rodent damage is no joke. When I brought my car in because I had 3 lights on my dashboard, Priscilla Parker identified it immediately. She saw I was a bit dazed from disbelief and let me know all the positive steps to take. The car was ready in a surprising 2 days. She called me right away. She went the extra step in changing my speedometer back from km to miles and helped me pop the hood. Thank you Priscilla. The waiting room is beautiful, spacious, and clean
