    Staff was very helpful and friendly. Representative listened to my explanation of the problems. i showed him the problem on the vehicle. He acknowledged there were problems with the vehicle. I was very satisfied with the repairs especially… the drivers seat with the broken part and the fog lamps were replaced inwhich I was not even aware that the the lens on them were fogged up and had moister on them. The automatic running board was repaired on the left side. It was making a loud screaching noise and was not going up or down. It took more than 3 days for it to be repaired. I missed out on using the vehicle to attend an out-of-town funeral so I had to use another personal vehicle. That was the only issue I had that it took longer than expected to have the vehicle serviced. However, I enjoyed the way I was treated and that my vehicle was satisfactorly repaired beyond expectations.

    Service was good despite them being overwhelmed by vehicles. Took 4 hours but understanding that there was a lot of cars. *one problem was after being dropped off at Walmart on share road I did my shopping and it took them an hour to pick… me up after I called them to pick me up. *a question I have is that the man at the oil service made it seem that I had to have all vehicle maintenance at the dealer in order to keep my every other free oil change. When I bought the vehicle those weren't the terms. I do maintenance outside of the dealership. I bought a Ford Explorer in 2002 and my wife stopped driving it in 2014 when I bought my current explorer! My father in law is still driving it around so I think I know a little bit about maintaining my vehicles. If I have to do all my maintenance on my explorer at spikes so u can honor my free oil change then the likely hood of me purchasing another vehicle there are very slim.

    My husband and I have NEVER purchased a Ford before, this would be our first, and the sales person Julio Gomez was excellent, when walking into the dealership store I love coffee and boy did it smell great there, just wanted to get that in… there. But the sale went through quite smooth and everyone's attention towards us was spectacular even Noe DeLeon in the Finance Dept. Thank you Ford for our new 2015 Explorer it was a smooth drive back home 12 hour trip.

    I purchased a 2015 Explorer. The service was great from the time we entered your showroom until we left with the keys to our new vehicle. I want to emphasize Ramiro Lopez is very friendly, honest, always smiling, and polite. We didn't… feel pressured nor was Ramiro pushy. Ramiro has all the desirable qualities a customer expects from a salesman. We were very impressed with the quality, comfort and ride of the Explorer we purchased. We test drove numerous vehicles before this Explorer and all had 'something negative'...however the Explorer was perfect. We couldn't find anything that would cause us to continue looking for another vehicle. On the negative side of our experience...the 'waiting' time was TOOOOOOO long. And the detailing wasn't as I expected....windows were streaky and smeared. Our overall experience with Spikes Ford was pleasant.

    Spikes ford is by far the best dealership there could ever be. I got an amazing deal thanks to Roger and his salesman. I leased a silver 2015 mustang & I don't regret it what so ever! Great place. I love it and I will definitely recommend… it to everyone!

    The employees were very friendly and helpful, I got the best deal at Spikes. In all my years of purchasing new vehicles I have never had such a grarifying experience. Would highly recommend for anybody wanting to purchase a vehicle to go… to Spikes first before shopping at any other dealership.
