Staff was very helpful and friendly. Representative listened to my explanation of the problems. i showed him the problem on the vehicle. He acknowledged there were problems with the vehicle. I was very satisfied with the repairs especially the drivers seat with the broken part and the fog lamps were replaced inwhich I was not even aware that the the lens on them were fogged up and had moister on them. The automatic running board was repaired on the left side. It was making a loud screaching noise and was not going up or down. It took more than 3 days for it to be repaired. I missed out on using the vehicle to attend an out-of-town funeral so I had to use another personal vehicle. That was the only issue I had that it took longer than expected to have the vehicle serviced. However, I enjoyed the way I was treated and that my vehicle was satisfactorly repaired beyond expectations.
