My husband and I have NEVER purchased a Ford before, this would be our first, and the sales person Julio Gomez was excellent, when walking into the dealership store I love coffee and boy did it smell great there, just wanted to get that in there. But the sale went through quite smooth and everyone's attention towards us was spectacular even Noe DeLeon in the Finance Dept. Thank you Ford for our new 2015 Explorer it was a smooth drive back home 12 hour trip.
