    Richard Baxley was my sales rep. We spent about 5 hours talking abut the 22vs 23 models of F150’s. Colors , engines other features. Then another couple of hours on line looking at available trucks. He always had a smile and in then he found the exact truck I wanted including the price I was looking for.

    I recently visited Autonation Ford Katy and had a wonderful shopping experience. Ask for Manny as he is one of the most informed, honest, and considerate salesperson I've met. I ended up buying a used Lexus and the no-haggle policy was a delight as it took away the stress of negotiation. Will recommend this place without any reservations.

    Warranty work performed on my Ford Edge was good. My service contact needs to work on his phone voice. I was barely able to understand him when he left a message or called me for updates.

    I brought my care in because there was an issue with the stop/start not working on my car for over three hours. Unfortunately, AutoNation couldn't find out what happened with my vehicle, however Robert Longoria explained up front what may happen as far as linking the vehicle up to a computer and looking for error messages and if they didn't find anything they would release the car. Mr. Robert was in close communication with me the entire process.

    I had been having a problem with my Ford F150 idle that also included rough/noisy startup and the guys at Katy Ford Autonation were able to fix it quickly. My 2019 vehicle now purrs at startup.

  • Used Ford Mustang

    I have mixed feelings regarding my recent purchase with this dealer. I came in one Friday to look at a used Mustang Ecoboost that was posted on their site. The unit I looked at was a base model and it was lacking the features I was looking for. There was no pressure at all from Marvin who was helping me out to get it and he even helped me look for a premium trim from their inventory. Unfortunately, the unit he found was from their other branch. I was told that they won't be able to move the unit unless I complete the paperwork. I was assured that the unit was an AutoNation certified unit so I went ahead. After doing the paperwork, I went back the next day to pick up the car. Having given the earlier assurance, I did a cursory look and went home with the car. This was when my disappointment started. I realized that it only came with one fob, instead of 2. It didn't came with the standard flour mats not it came with a manual. It was also missing the engine cover under the hood. When i asked about it, I was told that it was how the car was sold to them. I know I should have done my due diligence when getting a car, but I was expecting these basic things should've been disclosed prior to getting the sale as I don't regularly buy a car.

    Stanley Copper was our salesmen. He did a great job. This was our second purchase from Stanley. Highly recommend him. However we did not have a good experience with the finance manager. His handling of the discussions on the warranty options was condescending(we were not interested in those options). We almost left without completing the transaction.

    I have no experience yet, but i am still waiting for my truck to get detailed and serviced before they could sell it to me, i purchased it the day after it arrived to the dealer so it hasnt been cleaned or serviced, here it is 11 days later and im still waiting for my truck!!!! My salesman keeps telling me tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow, and they are still waiting for a "part" but i have yet to hear what part is taking so long for me to finally take my truck home!! Please can u help speed up the process this is getting really frustrating! Thank you...[contact info removed]

    experiencia con el vendor fue muy buena y agradable, pero en el financiamiento no fue lo mismo porque no explico claramente la cobertura de la garantia extendida y por lo consiguiente no me cubrio ala hora del reclamo.

    I called in, setup an appointment for two days later for a recall. Dropped off my van and the was ready in a couple of hours. This was for a transmission bushing. Quick turnaround. Nicely done.

    This service experience changed my opinion about this dealership, specially this department. i have bought two car from this dealership and this service experience forced to trade in the second one. I went to the service associate and the first discouraging thing is that he stated that they would need 15 days to check my car. that they couldn't give me another car until they finish the inspection. During the first week, i made quotes with Rental companies, i asked the same associate how'd be the process of renting a car on my own using the protection package budget, he said he didn't know about it and couldn't help. i asked a friend for a car and right about two days before the two week deadline for the inspection, i called the service associate and he didn't answer. i sent him an email asking about the inspection, he replied back stating that he will look into it, but didn't get back to me that day. The following day i sent him an email and he didn't get back to me. i called a supervisor manager in Service and after that i could get the disappointed diagnose. My service associate told me that they didn't have the part and that part was in back order for 7 months. What a battle to get my car inspected! Long story short, i ended up trading in my car with an upside down balance, depositing down payment for a service visit without a solution. i don't want to put dirt on this dealer, so far my experience has been awesome, i have bought two cars from there, and technically a third one. i don't know if it's standard policy to take 15 days to inspect a car and seven months to get it repaired and no help to the returning client or customer at all. I reserve the associate name, my intention is not to bring harm to anyone. This is my experience, if it helps for improvement so be it.

    I dropped off my truck at AutoNation Katy for warranty repair. Brandon took all of the necessary information with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. It turned out they didn't have the parts for the repair, but they assured me that they would take care of the repair as soon as the parts are available.

Jake (Jacob) Hazlewood was my point of contact. Ryan Laskowski (General Manager) followed up to make sure I knew more about Jake. After communicating with Jake by email, text and phone calls, we had our first face to face meeting. We reviewed our needs and wants. Learned many things from Jake. We found a vehicle in our budget.
