Dealership Service Review
I brought in my car for a check for a rattling noise I hear on the front left wheel while in motion. They checked and said they didn’t see any sound but picked a stone lodged in the wheels. Unsatisfied I elaborate further on checking with bumps. On checking the concluded that the left arm was weak but doesn’t portend any danger to using the car until it’s changed and that it isn’t the source of the noise. I had to join them to go test drive the car with a supervisor perhaps. On checking the the noise didn’t come up again. I had to retrieve my car and leave. As soon as I left, barely three minutes after the same sound returned. I called Thomas Dustin’s service line which he had used in calling me while I waited at the reception. No one picked up, I however left a voice message to complain that the noise returned. The noise is quite troubling and makes driving uncomfortable.
