STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
by STAY AWAY PAIN LIKE DENTIST on 01/16/2021STAY AWAY from the SERVICE DEPARTMENT at all cost!! Drive three miles down the road to save yourself all the grief and frustration! I am a very friendly and respectful person in general, but i have never had such terrible, rude, arrogant… service advisors in my life. I purchased a 57K (retail, not the price i paid) vehicle from them in June of 2017. So common logic is that they would "try" to be nice/ friendly to their core patrons. But guess what, F&#€! NO! I have had my vehicle serviced four times in 3.5 years and every time it is like going to the DENTIST for root canals and extractions! Other than the greeters, the entire Service Department has no concept of customer service or plain friendly, courteous interactions. For example, a few days ago I made an online appointment with them to give them one more shot of providing a pleasant service visit-- I was DEAD wrong again! I got up at 6am to drop the vehicle off at my 7am appointment. I got their a little before 7 and was greeted by a friendly welcome greeter. Next the service advisor approached me. Unfortunately , I did not get his name, but he was caucasian, middle 40's, 5-10 to 6feet. So he did not greet me, he just looked and me in condescending manner like, " Why are you here?" So again, I am very respectful to anyone and everyone, so I don't understand why he would be so rude to customers. So i went thru my list of three items, and it was like I was bothering them!! He replied, "well my technicians probably will not get to it until Monday." I replied to him i am dropping this car off on Saturday and not get it back on Monday. He was happy he did not have to deal with me! So no, I am sorry or sorry for inconvenience of dropping your car off. AGAIN, he did not apologize or even pretend to care. This was the last straw! So i am doing my best to hit Yelp, Google, Yahoo to SPREAD THE WORD ON THE TRUTH ABOUT this joke of service deparment and save consumers the grief and frustration with this rude and incompetent service department. We scheduled an appt for an oil change, to check starter cranking speed and a general check to find anything that might be coming to circumvent future out of warranty… issues. Estimate 3 X what the actual repair costs!!
by John on 12/15/2020I took my 2014 F150 in for a leak and was quoted $1055.00 with parts($307), labor ($748). One hose was listed that didn't need to be replace and 3.6 labor hours. I had it done at very reputable shop for $375 drive out! 2 parts, 1.5 hours… of labor. Clearly your techs need training or perhaps you just have too much business. Great price and quick

The process of walking in, test driving, signing paperwork, and leaving with the vehicle took a total of about… 2.5 hours. Not bad. Only small issue was not getting the Ford reward points for buying a vehicle, probably not the dealers fault though.Hi, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE
by May Shupe on 10/21/2020First time customer and the Last!!! I have been in the auto industry for over 30 years and have never been treat as poorly as they have treated us. My truck broke down while leaving town so we took to them since they were the closet ford… dealer. They looked at the vehicle told us what it needed, then refused to email us a itemized estimate and refused to work on it unless we gave them our ext warranty information even though WE were paying for the repairs out of our pocket (all customer pay). Service manger never called me back, General Manager Ryan Laskowski finally called and stated the same thing, if I didn't give them my ext warranty info then they refuse to work on my vehicle and that I could come pick it up, they have the right to refuse service even though he knew the vehicle is likely not safe to drive and didn't care. Since I work in this industry I make it a point to talk and treat auto people respectfully, but this has pushed me to the other side. Additionally, when I said I was going to call their corporate office to file a complaint, he made it clear that he didn't care! I am at a complete loss of words on the complete lack for our safety, customer service and the manner at which we were talked to..... 100% unacceptable!!May, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
