I did my shopping through the phone so of all the places I called, this one was the most responsive through multiple phone calls. The process of walking in, test driving, signing paperwork, and leaving with the vehicle took a total of about 2.5 hours. Not bad. Only small issue was not getting the Ford reward points for buying a vehicle, probably not the dealers fault though.
