First time customer and the Last!!! I have been in the auto industry for over 30 years and have never been treat as poorly as they have treated us. My truck broke down while leaving town so we took to them since they were the closet ford dealer. They looked at the vehicle told us what it needed, then refused to email us a itemized estimate and refused to work on it unless we gave them our ext warranty information even though WE were paying for the repairs out of our pocket (all customer pay). Service manger never called me back, General Manager Ryan Laskowski finally called and stated the same thing, if I didn't give them my ext warranty info then they refuse to work on my vehicle and that I could come pick it up, they have the right to refuse service even though he knew the vehicle is likely not safe to drive and didn't care. Since I work in this industry I make it a point to talk and treat auto people respectfully, but this has pushed me to the other side. Additionally, when I said I was going to call their corporate office to file a complaint, he made it clear that he didn't care! I am at a complete loss of words on the complete lack for our safety, customer service and the manner at which we were talked to..... 100% unacceptable!!
