    Oil change and tire rotation went well. The electrical issue regarding daytime running lights was not addressed due to back up in the electrical diagnostic department.

    Came in to get some paint work done on my jeep from a factory default. I had a great experience with Jennifer. Very helpful, honest & knowledgeable. She kept me in the loop for the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly.

    We had no pressure from any sales people while we were looking at vehicles. When we went inside to ask about a vehicle, we were met with nothing but happy faces. Our sales guy was very quick and polite in answering all of our questions. He told us several times that the used cars were very reliable and have all had intensive inspections of every square inch so that nothing would brake in the near future. He was right! We took it to our mechanic and had a thorough inspection of every possible thing. It had zero issues that we’ll have to pay to fix soon. The only issue we had was that we were paying cash and it took a very long time to get the paperwork signed. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

  • Bad service

    Had DEF injector replaced. After leaving dealership check engine light came back on. Texted service rep about it but received no response. After two hours I drove to the dealership and placed truck in Service entrance line. That's when the service rep came out and checked on the problem. It upset me that I had to get back in line on my own.

  • Get Outta Dodge: The truch behind a Katy dealership.

    Brough my 2017 Ram 2500 6.4L 85000Mi in on June 21 2022 for oil change, ABS light and slipping transmission. After the initial 5 days it took to get the vehicle in, I was told that the transmission needed to be replaced. I said OK (covered under extended warranty). 2 days later they call to say there are zero transmissions available in the US because covid blah shortages blah supply chain blah. So we wait. Nov 2021 they finally get and install the transmission. After test driving, they say the new transmission is no good. We wait. Jan 2023, they get 2nd transmission and it tests fine. But, the check engine light comes on. Torque converter is bad. None available. At this point, I ask the dealer to appraise for trade in. They offer me 35K I countered w/ 40K and they said no because it is not fixed. I declined and continued to wait..And finally we get to June 23 2023 They recieve the torque converter and I am told they are waiting on a bay to clear up so that they can do the repairs. After a year, they decided that I could wait another week before they started work. After they replaced the converter, the code came back. Then they replaced the PCM. The dealer called me on July 8 2023 to pick up my truck and that everything was good to go. 25 miles later the check engine light comes on. My wife and I are finished with the truck and the dealer, so we take it back to get our 34K and leave. When we get there Hector (used car director) says the best they can off is 21K "because our techs can't figure it out, and I'm not going to lose money on a deal" Our thought was, maybe, after a year of dicking us around this dealership would (at minimum) honor thier previous offer to keep some sort of customer service/brand loyalty, but that is not the case at all. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this place. We attemped to get a meeting with the GM Kolby several times over the year, with no luck. Oh! The ABS light was still on because there is still no parts to fix. In Summary, Stay away. Customer service is [non-permissible content removed]. Techs can't diagnose and fix their own brand. The product is [non-permissible content removed]. It looks pretty, but thats about it.

  • If it wasn't included in our purchase I wouldnt take it back

    When we asked to include the spare in the tire rotation Kevin the service rep said they don't do that. I had to call main office to get that done. It is either out of laziness or ignorance not to include the spare tire when rotating large tires on a jeep wrangler. Either way it was an unacceptable answer. Then we waited over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation to be done. Yes, we had an appointment for this service. Then they forgot to put the tire key lock back in vehicle. Kevin tried to have us come back for it. We had to ask them to deliver it. I wouldn't go back if this service wasn't included in our purchase.

    I was called in advance by my service advisor that he would be out on my schedule app but not to worry that he would leave all needed for my visit with Corey which I had previously been scheduled in the past. Both service advisors are very very professional and always very patient with all my questions or anything else that I would need. Very happy customer as I will continue to come in for all my service needs. We ♥️ our Auto-Narion Katy dealership and #1 in services for customers!!!!!

  • Zero Customer Service

    Scheduled an appointment for recall work. Showed up for appointment, waited 30 minutes to be "checked in" and was then told they had to order the part... WTF... Recall part is tied to a VIN #.. Part Ordered, will call you when it's in.. 4 weeks later - still no call. Called the dealership back, waited patiently while they tried to figure out where the part was. Finally was told we do not do that recall work and never ordered a part?? WTF.. Called another dealer in Sugarland, part ordered, appointment made, and service completed in less than 1 week. This will be the absolute last time I try to use Katy Dodge Dealership....

    Purchased a vehicle. OK experience. Not good not bad. BUT the engine light is on within 2 week or less of purchase and very little usage. Has a limited warranty, but lack of communication between sales and service if it's covered. Day 4 no answers and no urgency to get it get it resolved. At this point, I may be returning the vehicle.

    The Finance Manager is great but the Salesman & Management does not call you back after sale. I’m missing a key to a 2022 car & they simply will not rectify the situation after numerous attempts. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
