onScheduled an appointment for recall work. Showed up for appointment, waited 30 minutes to be "checked in" and was then told they had to order the part... WTF... Recall part is tied to a VIN #.. Part Ordered, will call you when it's in.. 4 weeks later - still no call. Called the dealership back, waited patiently while they tried to figure out where the part was. Finally was told we do not do that recall work and never ordered a part?? WTF.. Called another dealer in Sugarland, part ordered, appointment made, and service completed in less than 1 week. This will be the absolute last time I try to use Katy Dodge Dealership....
