If it wasn't included in our purchase I wouldnt take it back

onWhen we asked to include the spare in the tire rotation Kevin the service rep said they don't do that. I had to call main office to get that done. It is either out of laziness or ignorance not to include the spare tire when rotating large tires on a jeep wrangler. Either way it was an unacceptable answer. Then we waited over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation to be done. Yes, we had an appointment for this service. Then they forgot to put the tire key lock back in vehicle. Kevin tried to have us come back for it. We had to ask them to deliver it. I wouldn't go back if this service wasn't included in our purchase.
