And he was not pushy and obnoxious. I think what says this best is that this… is the second car I have bought from Vince at West Houston Subaru. And I just gave him a call to by a third. by westhouston2 on 06/02/2016Test drive was pleasant experience and Mike Leroy was knowledgeable and introduced us to Forester in nice way (first Subaru after several Toyota and Lexus vehicles). No pushing whatsoever. Also, after we struck the deal with Vince, Mike… took some time to explain Forester and it's features into details even though it was quite late on Saturday during Holiday weekend. Vince made process of negotiations easier than what one would expect from typical car salesman Paperwork and finance part was rather quick and smooth.My first Subaru

No hassling, the price was… better than everybody. Finance department was the fastest ever, and no more annoying offers. Every answer about the car or Subarus, was answered in a very professional, knowledgable and courteous way.Excellent experience!

I had narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles and used the online quote system through Edmunds (1st time to use it). I promptly received various quotes… and e-mails even though it was on a weekend. West Houston Subaru came in with the lowest quote and I had always wanted to go to that dealership so I was glad they provided a quote and a reason to go to them. But they also came back with another lower quote before my appt! So I knew they were serious in dealing with me. I met with Troy Lynn and he was very professional and did not try any high pressure sales tactics other salesmen sometimes use. Enjoyed dealing with him and he answered all my questions. The sales process over at West Houston Subaru was 1st rate!! No problems at all -- my vehicle was delivered when promised and I am enjoying it a lot. I highly recommend West Houston Subaru and Troy Lynn for your next vehicle purchases.No Pressure Sales

I came to the dealership with my own financing which I thought was great rate and Robert Chapa got me an even lower rate. Troy Lynn answered all my questions and… immediately connected me with Ken Slen. Even though they were busy, Ken took his time and answered all my questions with no pressure. There was no need to negotiate or go back and forth on anything, they gave me a great deal on a great car. Between Subaru being the number one car in consumers report and the professional and courteous team at West Houston Subaru, I am a Subaru owner for life.Review

We'll trained and informed, professional and courteous throughout the… entire process. He did everything he could to get us in our new 2015 Subaru WRX Sti. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and deal. I would recommend this dealership for people anyone out there looking for a new car. He spent a lot of time patiently explaining and showing me the features and technology options… available, and answering my questions. We purchased our SECOND Outback with Johny. My husband got one four years ago and I got one recently. I love my Outback! Johny checked in on me a few days after I brought my Outback home to make sure everything was good, and I know he is available if I ever need anything. We appreciate how Johny is so helpful, and we have referred several friends to him cuz we know he will be great with them. We love West Houston Subaru!!!! We will continue to be a Subaru family for decades to come cuz we know we are in good hands.Above and beyond the call of duty!

I purchased a used Honda Accord from Vince Ramacca awhile back and still feel that it was the best decision that I could have made; this is why: I… looked all around the country for the best deal that I could find on a used Toyota Corolla and West Houston Subaru had it, so I got in touch with a sales guy by the name of Vince Ramacca. Vince spoke with me and confirmed that he had the Toyota in stock, he also confirmed the sales price and car details. After talking to him for awhile he started to understand the reasons behind why exactly I wanted the that particular vehicle. After listening, he began to let me know that I had other options based upon my ideal vehicle criteria. He was not pushy or like a typical car salesman but rather informative and understanding. We went back back and forth via email for a some time and I finally decided on a lightly used Honda Accord. He took the effort and the time to work with me to find the perfect car that fit my needs/wants. I was not just another "sale" like I had been at every other dealership that I spoke with. A few weeks after our initial discussion, I flew down to Houston from Kansas City and Vince even went so far as to pick me up from the airport in the Honda that I ended up purchasing!!! He had me out and on my way within a few hours and to this day, I feel that Vince made all the difference in my purchase satisfaction. I will be purchasing all of my cars from Vince in the future and my family has done and will do the same. In all, I have never found a more caring, professional or intelligent car salesmen than Mr. Ramacca. In addition, I don't typically write reviews, but I feel that the service I received at West Houston Subaru and with Vince truly warranted a great review because they went way above and beyond the call of duty for me!Troy Lynn and West Houston Subaru are amazing to work with!

Troy was an amazing, no hassle, salesman that I WOULD STRONGLY recommend to anyone looking… for a car. Troy made the ordering and picking up process quick and painless. He was very informative and walked me through every aspect of how the car worked; making sure I felt good about everything before I left. I have an email string with over 40 emails between Troy and I, composed of all the crazy and obscure questions I asked him over the 1 month of waiting for the car. Troy answered all of them without hesitation and earned me as a lifetime customer to West Houston Subaru. Vince was prompt in responding, honored the price he quoted (be sure to ask for 'drive-out' price), and held onto the car I selected (I did have to come in… before hand and cut a reservation check, which I never cashed, but just held on file). My actual buying experience was also nice. I got a very fair trade in value comparing what KBB told me I should get for my truck. Ken took his time explaining the benefits of all the cars I was interested in. I was so impressed by the… new Crosstrek that I ended up buying it on the spot. The dealership worked with me to negotiate a very fair price and was even able to finance me despite having little in the way of a credit history. They make a pretty good cup of coffee, too! I would definitely work with them again in the future.Great Dealership

Our salesman's name was Vince. He was quick to get us in and out of the dealership, but… still took the time to show us the ins and outs of our new car. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at anytime in dealing with Vince. It really was a great experience. I was headed to the Mazda dealership after visiting West Houston Subaru for a test drive, but I never made it to the Masda dealership. Instead, I drove away from West Houston Subaru with a 2.5i… Touring Pearl White Forester with Platinum leather interior. It is beautiful. In a scale from 1 to 10, I give Dee an 11, at least. Thanks for such a down to earth, and stress free experience. I'll be in touch when my daughter starts to drive.Great experience, Great SUV

After looking at several small SUV's, I wasn't excited about buying any of them until I drove the Suburu Forester. Mike was the right person for me to talk to since he also… owns one and was able to explain a lot about the car in great detail. Being a detailed person, I really appreciated this and it helped me and my husband make a very informed decision. West Houston Subaru was also great about helping me with financing and even gave me a better deal than the bank I had applied for a loan through. I really enjoyed the whole experience as a whole. I'm very happy with my decision and look forward to owning the vehicle for many years.
