I got the exact new car buying experience I was hoping for. I shopped via email. Vince was prompt in responding, honored the price he quoted (be sure to ask for 'drive-out' price), and held onto the car I selected (I did have to come in before hand and cut a reservation check, which I never cashed, but just held on file). My actual buying experience was also nice. I got a very fair trade in value comparing what KBB told me I should get for my truck. The entire day-of process took under three hours.
