Johny Smith is the guy!!! Lots of Johnnies- Johny is the one with the brightest smile ;) He's a good guy, down to earth, makes time for you. He spent a lot of time patiently explaining and showing me the features and technology options available, and answering my questions. We purchased our SECOND Outback with Johny. My husband got one four years ago and I got one recently. I love my Outback! Johny checked in on me a few days after I brought my Outback home to make sure everything was good, and I know he is available if I ever need anything. We appreciate how Johny is so helpful, and we have referred several friends to him cuz we know he will be great with them. We love West Houston Subaru!!!! We will continue to be a Subaru family for decades to come cuz we know we are in good hands.
