I ordered my 2016 STI from Troy Lynn (Internet Sales Director) on late May with a delivery estimated in early August. Well the car arrived 6/30/15! Troy was an amazing, no hassle, salesman that I WOULD STRONGLY recommend to anyone looking for a car. Troy made the ordering and picking up process quick and painless. He was very informative and walked me through every aspect of how the car worked; making sure I felt good about everything before I left. I have an email string with over 40 emails between Troy and I, composed of all the crazy and obscure questions I asked him over the 1 month of waiting for the car. Troy answered all of them without hesitation and earned me as a lifetime customer to West Houston Subaru.
