    Had a great experience with Momentum. This is the first BMW I have purchased and already loving it! The process was speedy and efficient - took an hour and a half and I was driving home in my new car. I would definitely recommend Momentum to anyone in the market for a BMW.

    The team at Momentum BMW in Houston is fantastic. Everyone is clearly working together with the customer in mind. Service is estimated and delivered, validation that work is performed, questions as to "is there anything else you feel you need" instead of an up-sell. Jason Merchant, Service Mgr, runs a tight team and is on top of it all.

    I am so happy that I bought my BMW X3 from Momentum BMW. Coming back to the dealership for services and/or repairs is perfectly fine with me. The chairs are comfortable and allows me some quiet time. And in a couple of hours the work is done! My car is happy and so am I! Thanks. Lisa

    I have been to BMW Momentum for my car service ever since I bought my car. They always do a wonderful job, and the service advisor is very professional and friendly, and trying very best to help me get everything done on time with quality.

    I arrived maybe 30 minutes before my appointment and spoke with Trent. He checked the computer to insure that I received all necessary services for that day. I only had notice for changing brake fluid, but as it turned out there were a few more things that I needed. (Saved me an extra trip) Thanks Trent for your wonderful customer service...

    We looked first at Beaumont for our BMW. Unfortunately, the selection was limited. Momentum on the other hand had a great selection of models at very good prices. The whole process was quick and painless and we found the right car for us. I was worried that the dealer would put a strong push on for the 'add-on' items like Tire Protection. They did not. Great experience.

    John Garza is my service rep. He has serviced my families BMW's and always does a great job. Always keeps his word and if its going to take longer he will let you know ahead of time.

    I had an excellent experience at this dealership. My service adviser, Sufyan Siddiqui was so helpful and nice! He had a great smile and was a great presence to be around! He really listened well to my car issues, and went above and beyond to help me out. Very trustworthy and polite! I was satisfied with the service conducted. Rarely do you meet advisers that genuinely look out for you, and I have to say this was one of the rare great times. Very happy with my whole experience here and I would recommend Sufyan Siddiqui as your service adviser, you cant't go wrong with him! :)

    I recently moved closer to this dealership and started going here. I used to go to the one downtown. I really just came here to get my oil topped off. The service advisor checked my car with the key and said I was due for some other services. I didnt have time that day but set up an appointment for the other things to get taken care of. I was in and out in 15 min. It was a great experience.

    Would like to mention my service advisor Tim Jue. Tim was very ... Courteous and knowledgeable of my situation with my BMW and I was very impress with Tim. A true Professional and a Asset to your company. Kept me updated every step that they took with my vehicle.. Also, when I pickup vehicle he kept ALL promise made to me.TIM JUE IS A VALUABLE ASSET TO BMW COMPANY AND SHOULD BE RECOGNIZE.. FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • paid $490.00 4 A Battery with A Warranty

    I usually don't write complaints but I was charged $490.00 FOR a battery that can't hold a 1.5 hour charge. Yes after 1.5 hours my battery was completely drained and I was charged $490.00. Now a BMW is supposed to be a powerful machine and we know how expensive they are. I did a test. I bought a flashlight from a dollar store and it passed my 1.5 hour test. The light was left onmuch longer and it still had battery life but an over $35,000 car can't. I should've gotten another Lexus or maybe even an Audi. Many people heeded me against purchasing a BMW because they always break down, I loved the look of the car so I paid for warranties up front. Just so you know the 4 year battery warranty does not work. You have to read those cine prints. If you have options like most of us do...dont purchase a BMW. They not only make money on cars but on batteries as well.

    Far below expectations and willingness to negotiate on trade for such a "high volume" facility. Offer for my high end car was laughable, but luckily the trade vehicle was well priced and had 3 yrs certified warranty left. My warranty was up, and parts for an AMG can be daunting if issues arise. Salesmen were very nice, but GM was questionable. My situation was a bit uncommon, but if you are looking at trades I'd recommend shopping around heavily as you are not very likely to get a good offer here. I certainly would've if I had time to do so.

    I called the service advisor and told him the problems I was having with my car and he had it checked out and came back with the battery needing to be replaced. Very simple and to the point.
