    I don't know how good this dealer is when they sell BMW, but the worst dealer in Houston for other brands. Unprofessional (didn't know about the detailed options.), changing their words, schedule, but no apology.

    We just bought our first BMW. The process is very smooth with no hassles. Donyell is very patient with us. Jered is very knowledgeable and very thorough when showing us the functions in the car. They all make us feel very welcome. Great experience and we really enjoy our car.
  • Dont take your car here for any repair!!!!

    Very pathetic customer relations. You can buy the car but afterward their attitude totally changes. If you ever have to take your car in for any repair or service, be prepared for the most unprofessional group of people working here. Not friendly or courteous at all. No one calls you back to give you any update on your car. You have to call several times and leave messages, day after day, to get a reply back. There are always out of loaner cars. Would charge you even if the issue is something different. Never honor appointments. I would not recommend this dealership at all.   • Questionable vehicle quality

    I went to test drive one of their used vehicles that I saw online. The sales rep I dealt with didn't seem very enthusiastic and dominant at times but I didn't really care because I knew I wasn't going to buy that day and was not going to deal with the guy if and when I came back to make the deal. Problem came though, afterwards. I asked the sales rep if I could send a mechanic to the dealership to check the car, which he agreed to. I e-mailed the dealership afterwards to form a consensus on me sending a mechanic to which the dealership also agreed. Couple days later however, I got a message from my mechanic saying that they never got a chance to inspect the vehicle because the sales rep or the dealership never responded to their contacts to schedule an appointment for the inspection. I don't know about what others think but I would be hesitant to do business with a dealership that is hesitant in assuring the quality of their vehicle. I'm glad that I tried to inspect the vehicle before buying or I would have ended up with a lemon from Momentum BMW MINI.

    I bought my Certified Pre-Owned BMW 328i from there. I found it online and flew into Houston to test drive the car. Loved it. My dealer was [non-permissible content removed]. Not willing to negotiate, did not offer water/coffee and later bribed me to give all "10s" for the BMW survey. She said if I give all tens she would give me BMW cap or shirt (this should've been included). Needless to say I didn't give all 10s and I never received it. Furthermore, I received an e-mail from BMW Momentum General Manager asking if someone had called me. I checked no. And still no one contacted me. I called asking for him and left a message complaining and my call was not returned. First off, I put down $20,000 that week I test drove. The finance guy messed up my paperwork several times. And they kept putting me on pressure to send over the forms or else they would put it back out on the market. Even though I gave them the $20,000. My dealer never asked me if I wanted the extended warranty so when I read the paperwork saying I declined it, I sent it back asking them to add the extended warranty and tire protection. Then the finance rep also forgot to send the notary forms. And then the paperwork got mixed up. I sent the paperwork again. Finally my car was ready to be shipped(..so i thought) the finance rep forgot to ask for a copy of the ALL the information needed for the bank. I went through the dealer recommended shipper, New World Auto Transport. And that was the worst experience not only because they were late on their guaranteed delivery date. The customer service reps who they used to dispatch my car were disrespectful and degrading towards me. So I finally got my car and it was muddy inside, two caps on the wheels were missing, I have a drive train malfunction, low coolant, and close to needing an oil change.

  • Momentum BMW With James and Khalil was Amazing!!

    I was immensely pleased with the honest professional service I received the second I stepped foot in the dealership. Mr. Watkins made it his mission to find me a BMW that was not only the right fit but right condition for my financial position. Khalil was avid in making sure I had all the other bases covered as well. I never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I highly recommend this dealership!

    James W. was actually my sales advisor when I first bought my 2006 BMW X5 back in 2009. I loved it. Sadly, when it had gotten broken into, I felt like it wasn't the same. So, I was very happy to see James was still with Momentum BMW. He was a great person to do business with and I felt we connected. I had expressed interest in the X6 while I still had my X5. When I went to inquire about the X6, your dealership actually had 2 models in stock (pre-owned). He crunched the numbers and we were able to work out a spectacular deal and I drove off in my X6. I love driving it. It is definitely a "head-turner". You don't see many of them on the road and when you do, they are just so nice to look at. Momentum BMW SouthWest has been great to me from start to present - I haven't even finished with them yet! You have gained a loyal customer to your location and I have nothing but excellent things to say to my friends and family. I refer anyone I can that wants a luxury car at a great price! I'll be looking for the i8 next!!

    Working with Kyle H. was a pleasant experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The car buying experience is always stressful and it helps when you are working with someone that provides excellent customer service. I chose Kyle based on the reviews that I read online which has proven to be my best decision! I love my new car!

    James W. is very professional and very knowledgeable about BMW. His genuine personality, attention to detail and friendliness was a winner for my wife Lisa and I. We are sure this will not be the last time we buy a car from James.

    From the day I worked into the showroom, some 12 years ago, have always been treated like a "king" at Momentum BMW in Houston Texas. Tom Butcher, my sales advisor, has always treated me fairly and with respect. That is why I have purchased 5 automobiles from Momentum and plan on additional purchases in the near future. The service department at Momentum is great too. They only perform the necessary services and always inform you what need to be done and cost before performing the service. The turn-around time is very rapid - I often wait for my automobile while it is serviced. Again, I would like to reiterate how wonderful Momentum BMW is and to especially thank Tom Butcher for ALL of his great advice - for anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned automobile, I would always recommend they first stop-in and request Tom Butcher and get his expert advice.

    We just bought our first BMW for Mr. McNeal and were very pleased with our experience with him as he helped us with ordering the right car for our needs. I would recommend using him to any of my friends.

    They used tactics from "confessions of a car salesman" article including having personnel sit nearby to listen in on your conversations when the salesman is away and the "4-square" technique where the salesman writes numbers all over a sheet and you don't know what his offer is.

    I can't thank Kyle H. and Momentum enough for making my car buying experience a pleasurable one. This is my second BMW and I would refer this dealership to anyone I know. Not only did Kyle get me into the perfect vehicle but he did it with no hassles. He had me in and out of the dealership very quickly. BMW is an amazing vehicle! For those of you who have not had the chance to experience this, I would suggest you go speak with Kyle and get yourself one. You won't regret it!

    I thoroughly enjoyed getting my new BMW from Momentum Southwest. My sales advisor was Kyle and he made the process extremely smooth. I already have owned a couple of other BMW's, so Kyle did not have to work too hard to convince me on how great BMW was but he definitely still put the facts out there on why I should stay with the BMW family. He gave me an adequate amount of time to think over my decision without any pressure and was very genuine the whole time. I really appreciated his great attitude and positive demeanor. The great experience I had with my sales advisor and the manager played a big role in my decision to buy my new car from Momentum BMW Southwest.

    Within the previous year, I have personally purchased two BMWs from Momentum BMW. I have also referred numerous friends and family to Momentum. Each time the quality and service have been excellent. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle put Momentum BMW on thier list of dealerships.

    I would say that my experience with BMW Momentum can be said to be one of those destiny moments in life where everything just happens so beautifully, all the stars are perfectly aligned, and all the elements are in agreement with you. I'd just relocated from Virginia Beach, Virginia to Houston and I needed a car to move around. The Client Advisor, Patrick Adesuyi went beyond and above to make sure I got a better car than I originally planned and at even better price!...and fast! From the receptionist, employees, and managers, all treated me as if I owned a kingdom! I've treated with the utmost respect till today and I don't see any reason why I will not let the whole world taste my car-buying experience from BMW Momentum. Please just go to BMW Momentun and to especially Patrick Adesuyi and see for yourself.

    I had a wonderful experience at Momentum BMW. Tony my salesperson answered all my questions and even went out of his way to explain all the features in my new car. Monty the GM stopped by to thank me and made sure I was being well taken care of. There are closer BMW dealerships, but it is worth driving a little further for the service you receive. I will never get my car serviced or purchase a car from anywhere else again.

    I've leased and purchased many cars through the years but working with Mai Nguyen at Momentum BMW was by far the easiest, most transparent experience. It was a complete breath of fresh air and shows that the car buying experience doesn't always have to be filled with stress, anxiety and the constant fear that the wool is being pulled over your eyes. I shopped around the entire state of Texas for my BMW and spent countless emails negotiating with dealerships fighting for a more than fair and reasonable price. Going through this numerous times before, I knew the tiresome back-and-forth numbers game all too intimately. Working with Mai took only 4 emails in one day and I drove the car off the lot by the next afternoon knowing that I received the fair and reasonable deal I wanted. It was such an easy, no fuss negotiation experience that I was actually prepared for them to do some sort of bait and switch tactic when I arrived from Austin to sign the paperwork. To my absolute amazement, Mai had me in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour with the exact deal and car we negotiated. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and look no further than Mai Nguyen at BMW Momentum. You will not regret it.

    Just bought a car from Momentum BMW I gotta tell ya that the experience was great. If you want to buy a car and not feel the pressure of buying a car I saw go with Momentum and ask for Max White. Anybody that asks me about buying a car I will send them to Momentum BMW.

    You want to buy a Mini go see them & ask for Alexander Ferreris. Great person who knows his stuff & goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. The best service I ever had.
