    I have always wanted to own a Mercedes-Benz and I had my eyes set on E53AMG. I found one at MB of North Houston and they were quick in responding to my inquiries and arranging for me to go see the car and have a test drive. Kamran was the sales agent that I worked with and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy like my previous experiences with sales people so I felt comfortable making my decision. They were fair in the negotiations and the trade in and I was happy with the deal I got. I love my new car and feel that I made the right decision.

    At settlement time on my most recent B service, I presented information on a prior service that appeared to have been performed incompletely, or with substandard quality control. The service advisor agreed and we reached a satisfactory solution involving a credit for the cost of the substandard service.

    There were a few hiccups in the transaction (purchased a 2022 SL63) with Mercedes of Houston. In the end however, all issues were resolved by Aco Stankovic. I took a gamble buying sight unseen from another State. Furthermore, the SL63 had a known issue with a pending recall that prohibited the dealership from selling the car as CPO. I lost a year's warranty because of that, but it was the only SL 63 that came up in a nationwide search in my color combination. Ordering new would have required waiting until Spring 2024 to take delivery, and I wanted the car for an upcoming cross country road trip. The sales department made the process relatively easy. I was able to get a printer copy of the Purchase Contract at a local Auto Nation dealership, and the wire transfer was handled by my bank. Delivery took longer than expected, but that was an issue with the delivery carrier - not with Mercedes Benz Houston North. An item that was supposed to have been delivered with the car was missing. I called the sales rep when the car was delivered, and he said not to worry, the dealership would take care of it. That's the hiccup. I had to follow up to get that resolved. My complaints reached Aco, who was more than accommodating. A check is in the mail to refund the missing item. Furthermore, he clarified an issue about an aftermarket film installed by a previous owner, that my local dealership suggested required a new windshield. I'm relieved to know that I can simply remove the film (or live with the blemish, which is easily covered by my tollway transponder). Aco was very pleasant to deal with and cheerfully resolved my issues. Chances of me buying another car sight unseen from a distant State are relatively small, but if the occasion presents itself, I learned that I could walk into any AutoNation dealership and have them handle the transaction, with delivery coming to the local shop. That's a huge takeaway from all this. I would not hesitate to recommend Mercedes Benz of Houston North to anyone, thanks to Aco's efforts on my behalf.

    Smooth process, price was as promised, no additional fees. Great deal on a used Ford Explorer. Only downside was finance department did multiple hard pulls on credit report (4) after saying only one pull would be used for all quotes. Not a big deal just a surprise. I would definitely recommend AutoNation to anyone in the market for a car who does like to deal with the "games" played at most dealerships.

    A little pricey - the same service at our home Mercedes dealership (we called) would be $500 less. And the service rep wanted to add in some services that were not due for 4,500 miles. The work was fine. Done well. Picking up the vehicle on a Saturday (holiday weekend) was extremely slow and confusing process. My service rep was not there and no one took the time to walk me through all the work that had been done.

    Good afternoon, I just want to share with you my experience with my 2023 GLB. I purchased my 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLB 35 on February 13, 2023. The first month I experienced squeaking noise at the front brake. When I come to a stop either in the stoplight or stop sign stepping on the brake pedal I hear a loud noise squeaking every time I step on it. I scheduled it for service but they never solved the squeaking problem. Now I scheduled again for the second time on May 10, 2023 to service it with the same problem. I have a Ford Raptor and Ford Explorer, I know this is the only Ford brand but it NEVER gave me a problem like what I experienced with my GLB 35. Considering Mercedes-Benz is a high end vehicle but the way I see your service  department did not do anything to fix the problem. Now My GLB has been in the parking lot for about 12 days. This is based on my Mercedes - Benz app. I am completely frustrated with this result. I am hoping that this issue will be resolved by your service team. Please let me know of any alternatives if this issue will not be solved again. Thank you, Joel De Vera Santa Cruz
