Good afternoon, I just want to share with you my experience with my 2023 GLB. I purchased my 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLB 35 on February 13, 2023. The first month I experienced squeaking noise at the front brake. When I come to a stop either in the stoplight or stop sign stepping on the brake pedal I hear a loud noise squeaking every time I step on it. I scheduled it for service but they never solved the squeaking problem. Now I scheduled again for the second time on May 10, 2023 to service it with the same problem. I have a Ford Raptor and Ford Explorer, I know this is the only Ford brand but it NEVER gave me a problem like what I experienced with my GLB 35. Considering Mercedes-Benz is a high end vehicle but the way I see your service department did not do anything to fix the problem. Now My GLB has been in the parking lot for about 12 days. This is based on my Mercedes - Benz app. I am completely frustrated with this result. I am hoping that this issue will be resolved by your service team. Please let me know of any alternatives if this issue will not be solved again. Thank you, Joel De Vera Santa Cruz
