    My experience at Autonation was fantastic!! As a first time buyer, I was extremely overwhelmed with the process of buying a vehicle, but my salesman, Brian Rollins, made the experience so easy! He was able to communicate well with my mother, who struggles with English. He thoroughly listened to my all of my concerns, and answered every question I had, even if it was a stupid one. The vehicle I was looking for was bought right before I arrived, and despite that, Brian found me a vehicle that was even better than what I was looking for before. It was within my budget, had great mileage, and fit my style of car. The customer service I received was than anywhere else I’ve ever been to, and that includes restaurants as well. I really cannot iterate enough how amazing my experience with Brian was. If my family is ever looking for another vehicle, we are going directly to Brian Rollings from Autonation USA Katy!!

    Omg lets start by saying the customer service skills Dom has exceeding my expectations. Not only did i get the car i wanted, i was treated wit the upmost respect, got a banging deal on a nice suv and was assured if i wasnt satisfied a refund is granted.     I went in to look at a 2013 Toyota Camry (1830802418) at AutoNation USA Katy. Austin Smith assisted me every step of the process and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He walked me through all the features of the car, answered my questions and concerns with great detail, and communicated updates on the status of the cosmetic repairs. He was kind and professional throughout the process and I knew I could trust him. I was never left waiting or wondering for long periods of time, like I have experienced at other dealerships. The financial transaction was smooth, efficient, and pleasant, thanks to the hospitable staff and family friendly lobby.

    This was my second time purchasing from Auto Nation. My first experience was great.. my second not so much. Both times I came in ore-approved ready to go. Should be an easy deal right.... wrong!! Besides the few ppl “playing” manager and salesman who can’t close a deal or happily say things to customers like “I’m going to get paid the same thing regardless”, to calling asking about the car you just purchased and being lied on and told that I called corporate when in fact... I didn’t. Manager calls me up to bomb me out without ever asking me what happened and then has to apologize profusely for his rude, insensitive, unprofessional, and power hungry tone after realizing... your employees lied to you... Dan Driscoll stepped in and saved the day. After waiting a week for the vehicle I paid for to be fixed, I finally was able to pick another car and roll off the lot and get back to business. Had it not been for Dan, I would have walked away from the entire deal and took my money where I would be respected and dealt with professionally. Honestly I am still disgusted and feel completely disrespected after spending my money but I have to move forward. Dan helped me get into the vehicle I needed, made sure I left satisfied, and dealt with me professionally the entire way.. Oh and I didn’t forget about the worker who answered the phone, claimed everybody in the store was too busy to address my concerns, then left me on hold for 30 mins. Sad day when you get treated like that at a place of business.

    I used KBB to get an instant cash offer for my vehicle. I was contacted by various dealership, but AutoNation was not pushy like the others. They were willing to work around my schedule without a pushy way of selling. They offered honest money for my vehicle, whereas the new dealership I purchase my new vehicle offered roughly 65% of what AutoNation and KBB reported. I would highly recommend selling your vehicle to AutoNation and if you are in the market for one, they have a nice selection.

    All the people I encountered at AutoNation USA Katy were very friendly and helpful. I came in on 9/24 for a vehicle, unfortunately I decided to bring the car back and had misunderstood their return policy. The manager Kyler was really personable and helpful in taking the time to reach out to me and resolve everything. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Even though the car didn’t work out, I’m really grateful for their quality care and service. They really care that everyone that walks through their doors leaves with the perfect car for them. It’s a personable experience working with AutoNation, Kyler even remembered my birthday! These guys care about what they do, and in my search, I found they have a great vehicle selection and fair prices, I also love the pink everywhere. You can rest easy you and your car are in good hands here.
