I went in to look at a 2013 Toyota Camry (1830802418) at AutoNation USA Katy. Austin Smith assisted me every step of the process and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He walked me through all the features of the car, answered my questions and concerns with great detail, and communicated updates on the status of the cosmetic repairs. He was kind and professional throughout the process and I knew I could trust him. I was never left waiting or wondering for long periods of time, like I have experienced at other dealerships. The financial transaction was smooth, efficient, and pleasant, thanks to the hospitable staff and family friendly lobby.
