Dealership Sales Review
This was my second time purchasing from Auto Nation. My first experience was great.. my second not so much. Both times I came in ore-approved ready to go. Should be an easy deal right.... wrong!! Besides the few ppl “playing” manager and salesman who can’t close a deal or happily say things to customers like “I’m going to get paid the same thing regardless”, to calling asking about the car you just purchased and being lied on and told that I called corporate when in fact... I didn’t. Manager calls me up to bomb me out without ever asking me what happened and then has to apologize profusely for his rude, insensitive, unprofessional, and power hungry tone after realizing... your employees lied to you... Dan Driscoll stepped in and saved the day. After waiting a week for the vehicle I paid for to be fixed, I finally was able to pick another car and roll off the lot and get back to business. Had it not been for Dan, I would have walked away from the entire deal and took my money where I would be respected and dealt with professionally. Honestly I am still disgusted and feel completely disrespected after spending my money but I have to move forward. Dan helped me get into the vehicle I needed, made sure I left satisfied, and dealt with me professionally the entire way.. Oh and I didn’t forget about the worker who answered the phone, claimed everybody in the store was too busy to address my concerns, then left me on hold for 30 mins. Sad day when you get treated like that at a place of business.
