onVery poorly managed organization, went in for Recall on Air Bag, service person told me to have a seat in waiting area while they checked for parts. He said if in inventory they would fix the malfunction approximately three hours, I said I would wait. After two hours of waiting the service call for me to tell me they didn't have the part and my car had been setting in the parking lot all that time, ha said he was sorry. Didn't tell me what the next steps would be to get the critical recall fixed. So I left, I can't believe they can stay in business with the currently managed organization. I'm in the market for a new SUV for my wife but it won't be with any Auto Nations facilities. Disgraceful!
