I had an absolutely exceptional car-buying experience thanks to Abdul Aziz at AutoNation Toyota. Despite walking into the dealership quite late in the day, Abdul welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car.… His professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stood out.
He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and managed to find me a beautiful 2025 Toyota Corolla with an amazing deal that fit my budget. I was genuinely impressed by how effortless he made the entire process feel.

4WD Tundra Purchase
by d357395150 on 06/19/2016Two things.... In a multi million dollar corporation, it's odd to me why the Sales Manager did not allow me to buy the truck at my offer. There was a counter offer down to $500.00 on a $60,000.00 purchase. Why the dealership has to have… the ultimate victory on such a miniscule amount in the overall scheme of things was quite baffling to me. I would think that a Customer that closes the gap to that small amount would be allowed to walk away saying, "I got the vehicle for the amount that I proposed" rather than walking away paying a touch more. I've never bought a vehicle in which my final offer wasn't accepted. Wouldn't the first scenario be a much better sales tool for referrals than the latter? In addition, the dealership said they would sell me the truck for a price $60,500.00. When I closed on the truck the sale price said $60,699.00 or $60,799.00 (paperwork not in front of me). This is due to the dealership charging me for an upgrade on the truck after the commitment was made. This was a surprise as I agreed on $60.5K for the entire package.salesman reposnse

It's admirable that Toyota honors… warranties/recalls and the quality of service that I have received from Rand at Autonation Toyota Gulf Fwy was superb, extending beyond the service itself (we've spoken about other issues discovered during original service); just great overall, highly recommend this place. While we had several options in mind, the diligence of Mr. Sanchez was decisive... Unfortunately Mr. Sanchez was… not available at the end, when we decided to go with him, and he used another person to complete the paperwork... This person hasn't the quality of honesty of Mr. Sanchez and there were a couple of issues that he "confused" and affirmed it was our misunderstanding; my wife and I felt disappointed, as we both asked him several times to make sure that what he was telling us was definitely true, but at the end he simply let us with a bitter taste sensation... Even though, we feel confident that we'll have a good experience with Autonation Toyota through the support of Mr. Sanchez...I've found my dealer! A whole different car-buying experience.

This was the first time I've ever bought a used vehicle and come out with such peace of mind and… feeling great about my purchase. Despite being years old, my car's interior looks brand new and the exterior almost so. Doug, Cesar, and Vince worked seamlessly as a team to get us into our car on the same day. Doug was great about answering my questions in the way I needed, by email rather than phone. The paperwork was meticulously prepared and transparent. And, I might add, being a used-car buyer, my son and I were treated like just as high of a priority as if we were purchasing a higher-end new vehicle -- how refreshing! All that and a full tank of gas, too, and free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. Save yourself a lot of hassle and visit AutoNation Toyota Scion. (Wish I'd gone there first.)
